We are looking for a candidate who is able to assist a staffed home with nannies, housekeepers,vendors, gardeners, etc. Both principals have big jobs and need a wonderful tech savvy assistant to help with all things house and work related. This includes travel plans, calendars, appointments, and great communication. The family is kind and loyal to their staff. Benefits include a health insurance stipend , paid vacation and sick days . No animals at this home. Family pays on the books in a salary. This will be a Monday – Friday hybrid job with a few days in the house as needed and some remote work from the assistant’s home. Our clients are busy! They run a couple of businesses from home, and enjoy being hands on parents. Their daughter is about 11 months old, and starting to be more and more active. These Moms are looking for a great family assistant who loves children. Someone who understands to take a step back if one of the Moms wants to play with their daughter or be in charge. You are happy to do laundry, tidy up the kitchen, grocery shop, food prep, pack and unpack for travel, run family errands, and be a loving human who can also be trusted to be the primary caregiver to their daughter, and be comfortable being a mother’s helper.

This family travels extensively for work in the US and they are hoping you can join them. It could be a long weekend or a few weeks away.

You will be paid on payroll, DOE plus overtime when traveling. Most weeks in LA will be 40-45 hours a week. When traveling, it will be all day. The family offers medical, dental and insurance and a 401k.
