Executive Assistant needed for Philanthropist in West Los Angeles with an incredibly busy schedule. Must have a huge heart, warmth and proven loyalty in prior roles. This Philanthropist runs an incredible mental health non profit, we would love someone who has interest in the field. Mostly, we are looking for a great executive assistant who has experience in a private home office, with exemplary organizational skills and incredible memory.

This is an in person, Monday-Friday role, in a gorgeous home office. Ideally, 11am-7pm with some flexibility to stay later as needed, or 10am-6pm for the right person.

You will manage scheduling, personal appointments, event planning, errands, travel and more. Your memory must be 150% as there are 1000 messages and documents that you will read and decipher (as her partner). You have etiquette and will be dealing with politicians and other luminaries. She would love someone that can absorb what she is doing, and be proactive and involved with her projects.

Please have a college degree, 5-10 plus years of experience, excellent references and be incredible on the computer, your middle name is tech savvy!

Salary range is $100,000 – $125,000 plus a health insurance stipend.

Amazing musician and wife are looking for a fabulous Nanny or Newborn Care Specialist to hit the road with them for about a month. The baby will be seven months when the tour begins. She is a VERY easy baby who sleeps through the night. Mom and Dad are hands-on and estimate needing help around 8 hours per day, and they will stay with the baby overnight. Nanny will start in LA around August 28th. The tour will begin the following week and will be US-based (traveling by bus) until late September at which point, you will all travel to Canada and the UK. The tour ends around October 2nd. Our amazing client is looking for two Facilities Associates to work across multiple locations in the greater LA area. Facilities Associates will work on various construction and landscaping related efforts to ensure that all properties are in excellent condition and projects are delivered in a timely manner. Please have experience with painting, patching, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, leaks, drywall, framing and general repairs. You will help complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion, maintain material and supply inventory, perform routine preventative maintenance, and be deadline and detail-oriented. Candidates should have minimum 3plus years experience. Owning tools is a plus! Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repetitively. Candidates must have solid basic computer skills and be able to navigate a project management platform called ‘teamwork’. Both children are fun-loving, humorous, and inquisitive. The parents are highly regarded by their current nanny, a favorite of the Help Company, and are described as excellent employers. While both parents work from home, they respect the nanny’s role and do not interfere with established boundaries.

The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who is comfortable collaborating with the parents as they adjust to the new diagnosis. The family values stability and is looking for someone with a history of long-term commitments in previous roles, aiming to restore harmony in their home swiftly after their current nanny’s departure.

The position offers a negotiable schedule, ideally Monday to Friday from 11 to 7 or 1 to 9.
While not mandatory, an interest in organization, cooking, or meal planning is a plus. The family enjoys traveling and would appreciate a nanny who can occasionally accompany them on both domestic and international trips, as well as provide overnight care when the parents are away on couples’ trips.
