We are looking for an AMAZING Housekeeper! 2 3 of your time will be spent in Malibu to 1 3 of your time will be spent at the home in West Hollywood. The position will require flexibility, but the typical hours are 7:30am-3:30pm or 8:00am-4:00pm. Duties include cleaning the house, guest house and staff area — restocking ordering items as needed, running errands, household inventory, organization to closet management. When working in West Hollywood, you help with laundry and work alongside the other Housekeeper. Applicants MUST have previous experience on an estate, and should enjoy working alone as well as on a team. These are staffed properties. Pay is up to $47 hour plus full benefits (health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance to 401K), end-of-year bonus, and mileage reimbursement for on-the-job driving. We have a lovely family that owns two homes in Santa Monica and Brentwood. They would like to have ONE housekeeper once a week for each house. Deep cleaning ironing and lots of laundry. There are two kids in the house ages 3.5 and 15 months and a possible puppy coming in the next year. The houses are 10 minutes apart. Mom will pay $40 per hour for 8 hours per day in each house. Amazing couple with teenage twin girls seeks help from approximately 12pm to 8pm, Monday through Friday. The job is primarily cooking family dinners and running errands for the family, including picking up the girls from school or extra-curricular activities. Occasionally the role will include housekeeping, including tidying, keeping the kitchen clean, maybe a load of laundry (but never a deep clean of the house).
