We are looking for a lovely, kind, experienced English and Spanish speaking assistant to support this amazing client! Half of his day is in Spanish, and half in English, so we are looking for a great assistant who can speak, read and write in both Spanish and English.

Ideally, you have at least 5 plus years of Executive and Personal Assistant experience. We would love to see that you have worked at a talent agency or production office, and have found your calling as a true career assistant!

Your days will be based in the home office in Encino, and you will split time between there, running errands, traveling to set and shadowing your boss. The days vary, though you can expect the duties to generally include: scheduling, time management, organizational projects, running errands, travel arrangements, liaising with the business team and his producing partner, occasionally helping pick up his school aged child from school if he or mom are at a meeting and can’t, gifts, scheduling personal appointments, holiday prep, house repairs and more.

The schedule is typically Monday-Friday, 9am-5 6pm in person, with availability to be on call for emails texts calls after hours plus travel to set for weeks or months at a time, when needed.

You are perfect for this job if you have at least 3 years of expereince as a Private Driver, expert knowledge of the local environment (i.e., roads, neighborhoods, highways, and bridges), ability to work during evenings, long hours, and on weekends, as required.
