We are looking for a professional full-time assistant – preferably with several years of experience assisting an A-list celebrity or high profile individual. You must have excellent, long term references, and the ability to be fully flexible for your boss. You will be responsible for overseeing both personal and professional commitments – including traveling on location ahead to set up temporary housing, working as on-set support during shooting, and working in concert with other assistants. We’re seeking a candidate with a lot of solid prior experience as an Assistant or Executive Assistant, in addition to being a “badass go-getter” who isn’t afraid to jump in and grab the bull by the horns. We’re looking for somebody who can partner with his other Executive assistant in ensuring that his personal needs and work-life are running with the utmost smoothness and efficiency through calendar organization and attention to details. In addition to regular daily assistance alongside the assistants a substantial portion of your workload would entail working on and organizing our client’s calendar along side the other family assistant so things work smoothly between the house and the office. We’re in need of a person who brings a lot to the table and who can support the team in optimizing and rethinking our current systems to make things more organized and smooth. It’s very important that this candidate has prior experience working in the fast-paced, high pressure circumstances that come with this environment, and that they are not one to shy away from a challenge. 

This person would work mainly from the Production office in West Hollywood, Payment rate would be DOE. Hours in the office are typically weekdays from 8am-6pm, though some evenings run later depending on our client’s schedule, and in some circumstances, this person may be asked to make themselves available on a weekend day if something comes up. Assisting at this level is a large undertaking, and we’re really looking for somebody who is fully committed, invested, and ready for what the job entails.

We are seeking a full time Mother’s helper Nanny who wants to join a busy household in Brentwood with four kids between 3 years to 10 years. The right candidate must have experience working in a private household with kids and have wonderful references. You will be part of a staff including other nannies. The perfect Mother’s Helper will be energetic, professional with a can-do attitude! Must be upbeat and happy service oriented demeanor and the ability to understand professional boundaries and private space are necessary.
This role will include: Spending time with the children and looking after them children, engaging in playtime, schoolwork, educational and traditional games, and overseeing sports and recreational fun (soccer, swimming, etc.). Additionally, making beds, tidying toys, preparing clothes, and organizing school bags, running small errands, generally tidying, up around the house as helping out with drinks and food for the children and the parents, helping with pets and other areas of the house as required.
There will be frequent times when the Mother’s Helper needs to be nearby and available to interact quickly again while doing other tasks as requested. Keeping a close eye on the family’s calendar and upcoming outings and activities to ensure items or clothing needed are prepared and ready for the family to depart is also of importance. 
 
Available for early mornings, late afternoons and weekend is a priority.
The family likes traveling on shorter weekend trips and longer trips that extend for several weeks and up to 1-2 months abroad. An ideal candidate will ENJOY TRAVELING and have complete flexibility to do so. This role will be responsible for packing and unpacking children and family luggage during travel, accompanying the family to all outings and meals caring for the children while the family are at leisure.
 
The schedule is 5 days on 2 days off weekly, with travel days being taken as additional days off when the family is away.
 
Must be available to travel internationally.
 
$35-$40 per hour
with overtime
HMO type health insurance,
2 weeks PTO, 6 days Sick PTO
and a discretionary Christmas Bonus.

This wonderful family is looking for a full time family assistant and driver. There are three kids – 15, 12 and 9 and each goes to a different school. The perfect family assistant will drive the kids, run errands, and help with some cooking.
The perfect family assistant will be proactive, organized, get along well with teenagers. Your day will start at the house around 12 where you will get a list of errands and what needs to get done around the house. There is a housekeeper and another full time assistant but the family would love to find the kind of assistant that, when the kitchen looks a bit messy, is okay tidying it up before leaving to run errands.

The will be organizing projects, errands to the store to pick something up or return packages, sometimes kids need to be picked up from school and taken to an afternoon activity. Often it’s one kid going this way and another going that way. You may be waiting at the activity or coming back to get something done. The family assistant will help with laying out snacks and helping to organize the evening. Mom really wants to find someone who is ON IT and who can take initiative!

Schedule is M-F 12-8 with flexibility to work on the occasional weekend – maybe 6-12 weekends a year when there’s stuff going on like kid’s sports tournaments or events.
$35 -$40 hr. depending on experience and how long you held a similar job.
2 weeks PTO and government holidays
