Family in the Palisades with a four year old (who attends pre-school) and an infant (born in September) need a full-time Nanny. Nanny will be primarily focused on the infant while Mom takes the older boy to school and therapy, but will be expected to help with both boys as needed. The ideal Nanny drives, has a background in early childhood education (at minimum, interest in and knowledge of child development) and speaks English very clearly because the four year old has some speech delays. Mom to Dad would like to find a Nanny who will grow with the family! Someone who enjoys toddler activities, and developmental play. The ideal schedule is coming in at 7:00am to help make a simple breakfast and get ready for the day — through the late afternoon evening. If Mom Dad have a school event or a dinner — they will expect Nanny to come later and end later, i.e. 12pm-8pm (on occasion). In other words — some flexibility is needed. This is a 40-hour week job. Parents will also consider a schedule with longer days M-Th, and a short day on Friday. Hourly pay via payroll, PTO to help with benefits are offered.

The happiest smiliest sweetest baby boy needs a Nanny to start immediately and work through early-to-mid mid summer when the family relocates to Santa Ynez. Mom and Dad work from home. Their schedule varies from day-to-day so we are looking for a Nanny who can work earlier hours some days (i.e. 7am to 3pm) and stay late others (i.e. noon to 8pm), if Mom and Dad have plans to go out. This is a first baby so we would love to find a Nanny who is cognizant of child development — someone who enjoys guiding new parents through all the various stages and milestones. Duties include childcare and housekeeping related to the baby, i.e. baby’s laundry, breast pump management etc … The dream Nanny lives near Venice, has infant experience, is comfortable with baby food prep, and is happy to support the entire family ecosystem. We are looking for the perfect nanny to care for three, well behaved kids, ages 7, 5 and 3. If you are fun-loving and silly, love to play AND can also get serious and naturally command respect – you would be great fit. The house manager is super involved with the kids and loves things neat and tidy. Having a partner who is equally conscious of a clean and organized environment is super important to her. The nanny will be responsible for maintaining the kids schedules and calendars, some light meal prep and laundry, and mostly having lots of fun with the kids. There is a nanny car for pick ups and after school activities and everything is pretty close by. Most important to this family is that the nanny is reliable, flexible, loving and overall has the most positive energy.
