Amazing TEMP Jane of all Trades Needed in Malibu

Super sweet family in Malibu needs coverage while their House Manager Assistant is on maternity leave. The schedule is M-F from 7:00am to 3:00pm starting mid-October through end of December. There are two children; ages 9 and 5. No pets. The day starts with you preparing a basic breakfast for the children and cleaning up after breakfast. There’s some driving the children after school as well, though they have a full-time Nanny, so this is not a childcare heavy position. There’s a Housekeeper who comes twice a week, but you will be expected to keep the house tidy in between visits including handling all of the Mr.’s laundry. Other duties are keeping the house stocked, tending to the Principals’ needs, and liaising with vendors. This role is a mix of Housekeeping, House Management, Assisting and light cooking. Again, there is a PT Housekeeper and a FT Nanny, so you are not expected to do everything on your own! The Principals are super sweethearts and they will pay $35-$40 hour and would be delighted to provide extra hours if you would like to pick up some weekend hours. Please reach out if interested. We have a kind family located in Malibu who is looking for a Family Personal Assistant. Dad works in entertainment and mom has a big job as well. Assistant duties include help with travel, scheduling, and other classic Hollywood assistant duties. Please be willing to travel as the family has a big adventure coming up in 2024 and plan to travel often and to far away places.
The parents will need help with domestic duties like organizing, pitching in with the kids, some driving and some errands for the family and the home. (4.5 year old and soon to be twins). The family will have a live in nanny for the first 5 months with the twin babies. The perfect candidate is a former nanny and is comfortable working with children.

This job involves picking up the children after school, going to activities, supervising homework and helping with the evening routine, which includes dinner prep to bedtime. New Parents in Culver City need NCS starting November

We have a new family expecting one baby. The baby is due November 22; however, Mom and Dad would like this special NCS to start November 26th. Family is looking for 5 nights per week Sunday through Thursday 10 pm to 6 am. 8 hours. Contract will be for two months with the possibility to go longer.
