UCLA Professor with two sons (aged 17 and 13) is looking for a personal executive assistant to work out of home. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, quick-thinking, flexible, positive, pivots when necessary, thorough and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization and an unwavering attention to detail.

The main needs are scheduling and organization. We are looking for a patient, and lovely person! This is part time, ideally Mondays and one other day a week for 8 hours a day in person, (10am-6pm, but flexible if you would like to start earlier,) plus 4 hours a week remotely of computer work.

Duties:
• Scheduling meetings and managing calendars
• Helping with daily time management and drafting correspondence such as emails and letters
• Reviewing, completing, and filing personal and professional forms documents
• Technology support (troubleshooting phones, computers, home AV system, etc.)
• Booking travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
• Tracking home and office supplies and restocking as needed
• House management duties including interfacing with house staff, third-party vendors, and bookkeepers
• Running errands including grocery shopping, school pickups, etc.
• Rolling calls and taking accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
• Assisting with event planning

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or graduate degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Excel, and Sheets
• Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task and demonstrate great follow-up skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong people-skills and a calm demeanor

The bulk of the position is assisting the Principal, an entrepreneur who works from home 3 days a week. The ideal candidate is a good communicator who loves to cross things off a list! Clients have a dog and a cat. Schedule is typically M-F starting at 9am or sometimes earlier if a vendor is coming. Some flexibility will be appreciated. Job Title: House Manager
Responsible to: Estate manager

Purpose:
You will be responsible for working with the already established house team and assisting with all interior home management and assisting with all hospitality, service and event planning.
It will be your job to work alongside the house managers to encourage, inspire and develop the house team to work to a very high standard within an environment that embraces the values of honesty, integrity, teamwork and helpfulness.

The position will include, but will not be limited to, the following tasks:

• Working alongside the House Manager to ensure a calm, organized home environment at all times
• Assist with overseeing interiors at Principles’ residences: ensuring consistency of standards procedures and services
• Assisting in maintaining the house for guest readiness, welcoming guests and serving as needed
• Assist in maintaining all inventories and stocking lists
• Assist in oversight of the master closet, including organization, dry cleaning, laundry and packing.
• Assist with organization of all in home closets, drawers and staff areas
• Assist with all home projects as needed
• Assist with scheduling household services and providing prior notification to team and guard on site
• Assist with planning, executing and serving special dinners, events and all social events
• Assist in ensuring all health and safety standards are maintained
• Provide administrative support and assist with home office duties, including answering phones, copying, filing, researching, sending emails and preparing items for all managers
• Backup assist runners as needed
• Assist with packing, shipping and organization of items: luggage, cargo and returning purchased items
• Up to date tech knowledge and ability to troubleshoot technology in real time
• Travel and assist with home set up when family goes on location
• Travel and assist at other family homes as needed
• Knowledge of hospitality, events management and wine service a must

Lovely family in West Hollywood needs an amazing Nanny and Family Assistant.
As the nanny, your schedule will be Monday – Friday, 11 a.m.- 7 p.m. Your day will start with preparing lunch and activities for the 2 year old who comes home from school at 12 pm. The little girl who is 5 years old gets home around 3 pm.
Family pays $35 per hour on the books and there is usually about 5 hours of overtime. Family also pays a health insurance stipend, paid vacation and unlimited sick days. We would love to place a nanny with this family that loves to travel. Last year the family went to London, Sicily, and Mexico. When you travel, the family pays $150 for each overnight when traveling.
It would be great if you can stay late two nights a week so that the parents can have a date night. There will also be errands for the home – groceries and returns etc. There is a nanny car with car seats installed, toys for the kids inside, and scooters so you will be ready for anything. Must drive and have a car, be willing to travel international, help with light cooking for the kids and cleaning for the kids ( there is a housekeeper at the home) and be cat friendly. Must be a strong swimmer!
