We are looking for an amazing M-F nanny for a very cool family on the UES. The ideal candidate is educated, sporty, experienced, fun-loving and easy to be around, flexible and has a positive attitude. A valid drivers license is a must as there will be summer driving. There is a 6 year old boy who would love for someone to go to the park with him and throw a baseball or kick the soccer ball and a 12 year old who needs assistance getting around the city. You will spend the summers in the Hamptons (Monday -Friday) and live in during this time. While in the city during the school year, the position is live out, 130-8pm.

An extremely busy family on the Upper East Side is looking for a very experienced estate manager. Although the staff is small and loyal, they do not need as much managing – the properties are vast and always are being renovated and built out. There are at least 5 homes constantly needing attention. If this is your wheel house, please let us know. You will also be responsible for overseeing construction (very important that you have that background) as well as managing the homes especially the vendors, negotiating contracts, and dealing with budgets.

Schedule is M-F, 8a-6 with flexibility to work after hours weekends if there is an event or emergency.

Obtain competitive bids and quotes and submits proposed maintenance requests to DOR

Communicates to the principal the status of open issues, action to be taken and related timelines

Establishes and maintains a facilities preventative maintenance program, maintaining logs and records related to equipment operation and maintenance.

Approves vendor invoices which are paid by Family Office

Skills:

Must be able to verify references and show loyalty in your background.

Must possess excellent skills in household management, property, and project management

Self-starter self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills and detailed follow-through

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Able to drive with a valid license and clean driving record

Execute extreme level of confidentiality

Understand and execute proper etiquette, upholding it at all times

Essential to be hands-on
