We are helping a lovely older lady find a kind and experienced housekeeper to help her on the UES. She is smart, kind and very active! The schedule can be M-F, 9-5 with some flexibility to come in an hour later and leave an hour later, if needed. She has a large 3 bed, 3 bathroom apartment that needs to be cared for. Typical duties will include: cleaning, ironing, light food prep, grocery shopping, errands if needed and someone who can also help her put her coat on or help her if her shoe gets stuck etc. Just being a kind and lovely person for her to be around is very important. We are helping a very cool and hip, young creative find her right hand person! She founded a very cool card game that inspires communication between people and really helps to create human connection. If you are passionate about these things and supporting a creative..this could be your dream job! She has amazing ideas and needs help channeling the ideas to the appropriate avenues. We are looking for that person who is the yin to her yang. She is very respectful of time and boundaries, but would like for you to have a 24 7 mindset. Your day will typically begin at 10 or 11am and end around 6 or 7pm. She needs help with her day to day errands and tasks, speaking with her business management team, working with her company, helping book travel, really anything that pops up during the day! It is also important to note that she really needs someone to take over the non-creative tasks and logistics, etc in her life so she’s able to focus on her creative ventures! There is not a lot of travel at the moment with this role, but eventually there will be more travel. Her business and brand is growing, making this a very cool opportunity to support someone who is coming up! Salary is $85,000 and you will work out of her Soho office. A lovely couple is looking for a wonderful estate manager with a keen eye for entertainment. The last person has been there for over 15 years!!!! They have a GORGEOUS large property in the Hudson Valley, along with a few adorable dogs! This couple is so creative – they have fabulous dinner parties along with fabulous creatives visiting and staying with them – they love for them to be taken care of!! IT is important to understand all things electirc, tv, routers, tech (it can be leanred). There is constant renovations of this historical property, so the more you understand construction, the better. The couple entertains frequently, but they enjoy doing the cooking. However, a background in this is helpful in case they need assistance. This couple is less white glove service, but definitely 5 star service! There is a property in Manhattan that requires light upkeep, but it is more so just staying in touch with the housekeeper there to make sure everything is running smoothly.There should be daily walk-thru’s of the property to ensure everything is running properly, errand running, helping wherever it is needed, etc. This job is typically a M-F, 9-5pm with some flexibility. Young family in Tribeca is searching for the former nanny turned family assistant

Do you want to work for one of the coolest entertainment families in town?! We are helping a young family of 3 find an amazing nanny turned family assistant or house manager. This job requires some child care when mom needs a break, has an appointment or the parents want a date night. The hours will be 9-530 or 6pm most days, but they might ask you to come in later and leave a bit later so they can have a date night. There would be some travel to the Hamptons in the summer, as well as domestic travel. When not helping with the baby, they’d love it if you could run errands, walk the dog, help fold and put laundry away, help with the dishwasher…they are looking for a team player mentality here!
