We have a super interesting and creative client who is looking for a part time personal assistant to help get his life in order. He has 2 cats, 2 cockatoos and a turtle – so please love animals! He is an artist – he is really looking for someone to manage all the admin work and daily tasks of his life so he can focus on his craft. This role will be somewhere between 20-25 hours week. He is flexible on the days, but would like to maintain a consistent schedule.

Duties include but not limited to:
-Grocery shopping
-Light meal prep
-Tidying up
-Laundry
-Driving him to appts as needed
-Research
-Tech skills required
-Filing bills and paying them
-Booking travel
-Petsitting
-Researching local events and concerts

We have a busy family of 3 looking to find the best rota nanny for their 3 year old princess. You must be okay with a lot of family being around, attachment parenting and sometimes taking off your nanny hat and putting on your family assistant hat. Ex: mom wants to eat breakfast with her child, so you put toast in the toaster so mom can eat. Maybe mom asks you to walk the dog, so she can have an extra 10 minutes of play time with her daughter. Please be flexible to help!

This role is 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off in NYC. You will have your own room and bathroom. They have an 8 pound dog, so please love dogs! If the parents are traveling or out late, they might ask if the dog can sleep in your room so he does not wake anyone up when they come home. Please also be okay with this!

There will be travel with this role, so please have an updated passport ready to go. They are looking for a nanny who knows when to take a step back and blend into the background and when to be a full charge nanny. This is very important for this family.

They do not have a chef, so you will be in charge of cooking all of her meals. Please love to play and be engaging. No screens here. They are looking for the best playmate for their little girl.
