Mom are Dad both have very high pressure jobs and need someone that can be their extra set of hands. You must be very proactive, organized, professional, reliable, and take pride in having wonderful relationships with children. You will help with school pick up, after school activities, mentoring through homework, tidying around the house, and help cook. Mom is never home for dinner and Dad/son eat very simple and healthy and love pizza night every Friday. They are very casual and low-key and need someone who is professional yet friendly, independent yet collaborative, youthful in spirit but not immature. Someone who is organized, very attentive and self aware. This person also needs to like dogs as we have a small (very friendly) 12-pound Bison/Poodle. Hours would be 1pm – 7pm. They have a fully staffed home and you must get a long with their other staff to ensure a partnership to help keep the house running smoothly. You will run errands, grocery shop/personal shop, drive to appointments and events, light cooking/meal prepping, light household tidying, calendar management, assist with planning and coordinating activities (e.g., restaurant outings, visits with friends, etc.)and accompany with travel as needed to NY or their vacation home in Sonoma. This young family is looking for a Personal Assistant who lives in the Bay Area and can spend 3-4 months in Spain. You will help with running errands, logistics, grocery shopping and general task management and execution for a small family. You must be fluent in Spanish and can be able to deal well with evolving schedules and short-term deliverables and tasks. This job is perfect for someone who has amazing organization skills, proactive, strong communication skills and very flexible. Spanish-speaking is a must – the level of coordination this family needs with Spain makes it a necessity.
