Job description:

· 40 hours guarantee
· 7 year old girl and 10 year old boy
· Mom’s house has 3 cats and 2 dogs- helping with feeding at times may be needed
· Tentative schedule- 1:30-8 on weekdays, occasional weekends (depending on the needs of Dad, when he has the kids)
· School pickups- take kids to activities (varies from day to day). Kids are in school until 3pm M-F
· Cooking and Meal prep is a plus
· Miscellaneous household errands- groceries, dry cleaning, UPS FedEx shipping (mileage will be reimbursed)
· Snack prep for kids night before school (moms house)
· Unpack pack for vacations (both houses)
· Travel with mom or dad as needed (plenty of advanced notice will be given)
· Keep kids room closets organized- go through drawers as needed (both houses)
· Manage inventory of kids toiletries, supplements, clothing accessories etc.- order as needed and make sure there are plenty of backups (both houses)
· Helping open packages
· Help with homework
· Work as a team with cleaning crew (moms house)
· Dads house- grocery shop the day before arrival, make sure kids have everything they need once dad gets there, helping unpack unpack from trips. More time will be spent at dads house prior to the kids staying there for the weekend.

Job Overview: As the Executive Assistant Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO’s office. You will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle communications, and provide personal support as needed. This position requires a high level of discretion, professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The second part of this job is to have the attitude that no job is too small, as he and his wife have errands that might need running, as well as some house management.

Key Responsibilities:

Calendar Management: Organize and maintain the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements while prioritizing tasks effectively.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications. Draft, proofread, and send emails and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items for meetings. Ensure that all necessary materials are ready and distributed in advance.
Travel Coordination: Arrange all aspects of travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, while managing travel budgets and expenses.
Personal Support: Provide personal assistance as needed, which may include managing household tasks, errands, or special projects.
Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information and company matters.
Qualifications:

Experience: 3 plus years of experience as an executive assistant or personal assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
Skills:
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and various digital collaboration tools

A loving family based in Woodside is seeking a full-time, live-out career nanny to join their family of three children (aged 5, 9, and 11 years). The candidate will work alongside the family’s second nanny and the schedule will typically be 40 hours per week, 5 days per week, including 1 weekend day, hours would be either 7:00am-8:30pm or 2:00pm-8:00pm, depending on the kids schedule. The nanny will receive 2 consecutive days off per week. The nanny’s primary responsibility will be the care and well-being of the children, which extends to managing their AM and PM routines, scheduling play-dates, planning fun, creative and educational activities both indoors and outdoors, helping with homework, driving the children to their respective after-school activities (these switch up, depending on the season), helping mom to prep meals if required, and more. The ideal candidate will be flexible, patient, creative, and outdoorsy, with a pitch in attitude and the confidence and energy to manage 3 active, sporty boys (they love the outdoors and play all sports -football, baseball, basketball, karate, tennis, and swimming, and they are learning to play the piano). The boys are curious, adventurous, and enthusiastic to learn and explore, and the candidate must ideally be a role model mentor, as well as a creative playmate. The family travel frequently both domestically and internationally, so candidates must be able to accompany them e.g. the family are spending Christmas and New year in New Zealand this year. The nanny can expect to receive an additional overnight rate for any overnights travel. A college degree in Child Development or other relevant field is a bonus. Candidates must be able to swim, and have a clean driving record (a car will be provided for use on duty). The family also have a dog (Labradoodle), so candidates must be pet-friendly.
