We are looking for the best and healthiest private chef in San Francisco to cook dinners for a family of three (two parents and a three year old.) The family is very health conscious, and would love to find a chef who can create exciting new dishes that are also very healthy (gluten free, etc.)

Schedule is flexible, M-F with occasional Saturday dinner party for up to ten guests.

Must have a minimum of three years full time experience cooking in private homes with families who have kids. Although there will be no childcare, you should be okay cooking kid friendly meals, as well as showing them how to make simple meals or bake cupcakes with them. This would be a rarity, but we want someone who has the attitude that this is okay.

You will be responsible for everything in the kitchen- the kitchen is your domain and you will be expected to leave it as clean as when you came.

The family has vacation homes in the US, and loves to travel, so you should have experience traveling with families, as well as experience traveling on private jets and packing for different climate destinations.

Structure and manners are very important to this family, so you should feel comfortable keeping the kids on a schedule, as well as following parenting style when disciplining the children if necessary.

Nanny should have a minimum of 7 years full time experience working as a full charge, full time nanny in busy homes. College degree is also required. Spanish speaking would be a bonus, but is not required. This is a full staffed home, so you should get along well with others, and understand the dynamics of working in a team.

Schedule is M-F, with some flexibility to work on weekends when traveling. You should be flexible to travel with 2-3 days notice.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Weekly Admin Runner Tasks:
o Transfer all packages between properties (BV, SF, and BG).
o Print, process, and return packages across all properties and departments.
o Run between properties to pick up and drop off items as needed.
o Pick up local items from Bay Area stores, including kids’ items, personal needs, household supplies, and vehicle-related items, and deliver them to the appropriate home.
o Drop off kids’ bags, personal items, and school supplies between two homes.
o Maintain organized files, including vendor and contractor NDAs, approvals for estimates, and other property-related documents.
o Meet last-minute vendors and contractors on-site when other team members are unavailable.
2. Guest and Hospitality Support:
o Assist in preparing properties for guest arrivals, ensuring all spaces are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary items.
o Coordinate with the Estate Manager and household team to fulfill guest requests.
o Provide logistical support during events or gatherings, including running errands, setting up, and post-event breakdown.
3. General Runner Duties:

4. Administrative Support:
o Manage schedules, including arranging meetings and travel plans.
o Prepare and maintain reports, documents, and correspondence.
o Support event planning and assist with logistical preparations.
5. General Support:
