The family has three kids, ages range from 7-15.

The family has another nanny, so we need a true team player who can help with virtual learning as well as thinking of creative, age appropriate activities to do with these three darling kids.

This is formal, fully staffed home.

Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years full time, RECENT experience working for HNW clients.

Experience teaching would be a major bonus!

Schedule is M-F, 9-6p, with flexibility to stay later a few nights a week as needed.

The family has two other homes in the US, they travel private, but we would love someone who can travel occasionally!

This darling young family lives in beautiful Ross, California and they are searching their perfect forever nanny for their precious 5 year old daughter. Your schedule for the first half of the year would be Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday between 2:00-6:00 pm and have Monday and Friday’s off, and on call Saturday and Sundays. A very organized, loving, kind, creative, easy going, loyal, grounded and upbeat person is important. Mom is looking for someone who loves children, is intuitive, creative, consistent and reliable. I have quite a big staff already, so their number one job would be to take care of my daughter, make sure she is fulfilled, happy and filled with contentment. People that already have on staff: a full time EA, a full-time House Manager, a full-time Chef and a full-time cleaning staff. You will of course be responsible for taking care of cleaning up any messes made by the principal and/or Ella. Mom is looking for someone who will be able to distract Ella from needing her. If mom is in the house her daughter can usually find her, which makes work phone calls hard. Mom needs to be present so anything that this nanny can do to help her would be lovely. You must have firm boundaries, be a self starter who is good at following direction, and be unbelievably respectful. A few things about the darling 5 year old- she is a super loving, kind, empathetic, fun, outgoing human being. She loves to play with her different toys for hours on end. She loves dancing, singing, music, playing instruments, playing with her imagination, swimming in the pool, playing at the park, eating ice cream, doing art, doing projects and gardening. She absolutely loves baking, cooking and helping out. She loves rainbows and unicorns right now. She’s also super in to playing dress up as a princes or superhero!! This lovely and private family in Atherton is a seasoned ROTA nanny for their 1 and a half year old daughter and 3 year old son. You will have a 7 day on 7 day off schedule with your ROTA partner. During the shift, you will be expected to provide childcare around the clock, when needed. For this reason, you will be a live-in only during the week, with accommodation provided (private room plus bathroom) and live-out when off. It is mandatory that you live in the Bay Area and if you are wanting to relocate you will need to cover those fee’s on your own. You should have extensive newborn and toddler experience, as well as child development knowledge. The family is looking for a nanny who can follow a structure, focus on the children’s education, can take charge when needed, has flexibility, and is respectful. The ability to pitch-in where needed is required, i.e. helping with family laundry, emptying the dishwasher, ordering supplies, keeping common areas tidy and anything that falls under that scope. This family is looking for a nanny who has previous experience in a similar role and who truly understands the dynamics of a 24 7 position.
