Heavy Travel PA Needed for Cool Soho Family

We are helping a family of 5 find a very experienced heavy travel PA to travel all over with them. They travel often to upstate New York, Europe, Hamptons and other amazing domestic based travel spots. This is not a job for a clock watcher. This job also requires heavy weekend work, as they are traveling most weekends. When traveling, you will arrive early and set up the home to the family’s standards. You are in charge of grocery shopping, ensuring all of their favorite products are stocked, keeping everything stocked during the whole trip, light housekeeping if there is a housekeeper not available where they are staying, and anything else that comes up while the family is away!

When the family is not traveling, you will be based out of their Soho apartment, helping the housekeeper and the family office assistant. Your days can look like running errands, restocking kitchen, assisting chef, helping with the family business, helping the housekeeper if she is in a pinch…we are just looking for a team player!!

Our clients are kind and lovely! The daughter has a beautiful home in Santa Monica, and Mom lives in a Casita on the property. They are looking for two days a week — Monday and Friday are the ideal days, but they are open to other configurations. Right now, the sheets are pressed at the cleaners, but they would appreciate having a Housekeeper who can iron the sheets in addition to performing general housekeeping, running errands, doing laundry and sweeping leaves off the patio. We are hoping to find a candidate who will enjoy earning additional money by helping at the occasional dinner party. The homeowner travels a lot for work. There are no children and no pets. Our client has a huge estate and is looking for someone to keep it going! We would love to see an experienced house manager for this role, who lives close by or ideally, in the west valley. You will work closely with security, a remote assistant and the business office to make sure everything is running smoothly in the home.

The schedule is typically Monday-Friday, about 9am-6pm with flexibility as emergencies arise. Some weeks you’ll be on property 5 days a week, however most will average 3-4 days a week. We need someone who is a great communicator, understands how to give our client privacy and loves dogs as there are several!

Please have experience:
• creating and maintaining a house manual
• doing checks on the property to ensure everything works
• trouble shooting with smart home technology
• turning off and on saunas, spas, exercise equipment etc.
• overseeing all vendors and managing repairs

• 3 plus years of Personal Assistant experience or Executive Assistant experience working with a C-Suite Executive or High Profile Individual
• Tech Savvy – must be able to learn new programs and problem solve
• Fluency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Extreme organizational skills and attention to detail
