Insane Estate Manager job in San Francisco for one of the kindest families

This is one of the loveliest families that is looking for a local San Franciscan who can manage their beautiful 4 properties. You MUST live in San Francisco and know the beautiful Bay Area very well, be a strong communicator, Property Management is a Must, have extensive relevant experience so you can hit the ground running with little training, also be a Jane of all trades and comfortable with some personal assistant work. Hours are Monday-Friday, salary of $165,000, full benefits for employee and entire family, and a 401k match!!

◦ Heavy Property Management to project management
◦ Principals are young, in their 30s with a 2yr old and dog
◦ The Mrs. works in tech; the father is a stay-at-home dad. Very private family.
◦ The family has very little staff, only a nanny.
◦ The Mrs. is very hands-on on, does her own laundry. They have a housekeeper come twice a week.
◦ They are both heavily involved in non-profits in the art world
◦ This is a totally new role
◦ Family likes casual service.
◦ Local candidates only– max distance: 20 miles…strong preference for living inside SF. NO BAY BRIDGE commuters.
◦ The schedule is generally Mon-Fri, 8-4pm
◦ They just moved into a new 4-story condo
◦ Four total properties this person will work at (2 primary residences in San Francisco, one vacation home under construction in Bolinas, and one mixed-use warehouse space in San Francisco).
◦ This person would focus on Property management punch lists, preventative maintenance on all four properties, source, coordinate,e and oversee vendors, present bids, etc).
◦ The role is hybrid, remote, and working at the properties.
◦ Alot of local travel around San Francisco and Marin, miles reimbursement will be given.
◦ Personal household tasks include organizational projects, organizing clothes for donation, unpacking packing for Princopiasl, etc.
◦ They are looking for candidates who are:
◦ Precise communicator
◦ Must have Property Management experience to private service experience
◦ Huge plus if they have design and construction experience
◦ Know San Francisco well
◦ Someone who reads the room well—no too chatty
◦ Calm, collaborative, and efficient
◦ Very tech-savvy
◦ Bright, sharp
◦ Independent, takes initiative—doesn’t need a lot of feedback or hand-holding
◦ Must be comfortable driving in San Francisco
◦ Must have reliable transportation
◦ Someone who ideally has worked with a family office at some point in time
◦ A plus if they are multilingual (any languages— they just want their kiddo to be exposed to other languages, ideally Korean or Spanish).
