This is one of the loveliest families that is looking for a local San Franciscan who can manage their beautiful 4 properties. You MUST live in San Francisco and know the beautiful Bay Area very well, be a strong communicator, Property Management is a Must, have extensive relevant experience so you can hit the ground running with little training, also be a Jane of all trades and comfortable with some personal assistant work. Hours are Monday-Friday, salary of $165,000, full benefits for employee and entire family, and a 401k match!!

◦ The Mrs. works in tech; the father is a stay-at-home dad. Very private family.
◦ The family has very little staff, only a nanny.
◦ The Mrs. is very hands-on on, does her own laundry. They have a housekeeper come twice a week.
◦ They are both heavily involved in non-profits in the art world
◦ This is a totally new role
◦ Family likes casual service.
◦ Local candidates only– max distance: 20 miles…strong preference for living inside SF.  NO BAY BRIDGE commuters.

Our client is a busy family with three teenagers in Encino. They have a wonderful full-time Nanny Assistant whose time gets eaten up running the kiddos around so they are finding they need more help! Duties are varied and include house management, scheduling calendaring, travel support, pet care (2 dogs), stocking the household and home studio and more! To start — they will guarantee 20 hours per week, and some (minimal) of the hours can be worked remotely, depending on what’s happening. A typical day will start at around 10:00am — prepping the studio, tidying public areas and knocking things off the to-do list! Candidates should have some house management experience because there are immediate house-related tasks to conquer such as interior to exterior painting and correcting a mudslide issue. Someone with vendor relationships who is good at wrangling quotes will be appreciated here! Candidates should also be kid friendly because many of the to-do’s are related to the teens — whether occasionally driving one of them somewhere if Nanny and Mom are tied up with the others, or filling out camp forms. Please also be discreet! This is a high profile household and the family and their guests appreciate their privacy. You may be asked to monitor emails over the weekend and send the occasional text if there’s a schedule change — but all work will be compensated! Essential Functions:
• Property Management: The estate manager is responsible for all day-to-day maintenance, repairs, renovations, negotiating bids, insurance coverage, and security for three (3) homes and ensures the properties are well-maintained, and any issues are promptly addressed to maintain its pristine condition.
• the primary residence located in Los Angeles;
• an architecturally significant home that requires ongoing maintenance and
renovations, located near the primary residence; and
• a ski vacation home that requires coordination with a local property manager.
• Staff, Vendor and Contract Management: Responsible for hiring and supervision of housekeepers, gardeners, pool maintenance vendors. Ensure they perform their duties efficiently and maintain the highest standards of service.
• Financial Management: Review and approve all household bills for accuracy and processing for payment via account payable department and review operating expenses and report on payables.
• Schedule Management: Maintain a well-organized and efficient environment, schedule appointments, and coordinate both meetings and philanthropic activities. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls on his behalf. Prepare regular updates and follow up on action items. Be a step and ahead and anticipate needs.
• Personal Assistance: Provide personal support, managing personal appointments, organizing personal documents, and overseeing house staff and events as needed. Assist with personal tasks, such as purchasing, special event planning, and family- related matters.
