A warm, kind, and experienced Beverly Hills family is welcoming their third child this October and is seeking an outstanding Rotational Newborn Care Specialist to provide expert newborn support during the baby’s first months.
They are open to 31 2 for 24 hours, or 12 and 12 every other week or every 2 weeks. They are open for ideas for the right person. for at least 6 months.

This is an opportunity to work with seasoned parents who understand the value of professional newborn care and are looking for a calm, confident, and collaborative NCS who can help establish healthy routines while supporting the entire family through the newborn transition.

The ideal candidate is highly experienced with newborns, knowledgeable about feeding and sleep development, and able to guide parents with confidence while remaining flexible and supportive of the family’s parenting style. This is a fully staffed household, and we are looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a team.

Responsibilities Include:
• Complete newborn care
• Bottle preparation and sterilization
• Supporting feeding schedules and developmental milestones
• Establishing healthy sleep habits and routines
• Tracking feedings, sleep, and developmental progress
• Maintaining the nursery and baby’s belongings
• Providing guidance and education when requested
• Traveling with the family if needed
• Supporting a smooth transition as the family welcomes baby number three

The Ideal Candidate:
• Has extensive newborn care experience
• Holds a current NCS certification
• Has excellent verifiable references
• Is calm, discreet, organized, and proactive
• Has experience working in private homes and high-profile environments
• Understands the importance of confidentiality
• Is a strong communicator and team player
• Is comfortable working rotational schedules and overnight care

Requirements:
• NCS Certification preferred
• CPR and First Aid Certified
• Passport ready
• Current vaccinations as requested by the family
• Minimum 5 years of professional newborn experience

Our out-of-town client is seeking Newborn Care Specialist coverage from 8pm to 8am June 12th–15th in Malibu for their 5-month-old baby.

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of Newborn Care Specialist experience and be able to provide proof of a COVID booster (Fall Winter 2025), MMR vaccination, TDAP and flu vaccination. They are also requesting a current BLS certification.

Our amazing clients are looking for a special family assistant! The Mom and Dad both work, and their kids are 10 and 14 so the afternoons are busy!

The Mom said she needs a wife to help her manage everything 🙂 It’s a bit of cleaning, cooking (following simple family recipes,) driving and having common sense to see what is needed in the house and handle it. Someone smart, mature, kind and organized. They have a housekeeper who comes in the mornings three days a week who handles most of the laundry, but helping her to make sure it all gets done. Or noticing if the kids have a soccer game the next day and making sure the uniform is clean and ready to go. Someone who can pack lunches, make snacks and is a safe driver. If a lightbulb goes out, change it. Let Mom know if she needs to order anything for the house like toilet paper or pick it up yourself.

This family is great!! They would love if you can work Monday-Friday, usually 11am-7pm but they’d love a little flexibility if the hours need to shift a bit. They will always guarantee 40 hours of work a week.

The perfect person has been a nanny and or housekeeper. You love families and children and are looking for a long term commitment 🙂

Our client is a warm, active family with three little boys, ages 2, 5, and almost 9, and weekends are becoming busy! The family is currently living in Brentwood and plans to return to the Palisades later this summer. They are looking for an extra set of hands on either Saturdays or Sundays to help keep the weekends running smoothly and allow Mom and Dad to spend more one-on-one time with each child.

Most of the time, you will be tag-teaming with the parents and primarily focused on the family’s energetic two-year-old. It is rare that you would be responsible for all three children at once. The boys are high-energy, active, and always on the move, so we’re looking for someone engaging, upbeat, and able to keep pace with a busy household.

This position is paid via payroll and offers a guaranteed minimum of 8 hours per week. The family is open to either Saturday or Sunday coverage, so if you are only available one of those days, please still reach out. Ideally, they would love someone who can offer flexibility between the two days when needed. They would also be thrilled to find someone available for the occasional weekday afternoon.

Hours will vary depending on the family’s schedule and activities. Some days may begin and end early, while others could run from the afternoon into the evening if the parents are heading out. The family is flexible and understanding and hopes to find someone who can offer flexibility in return.

Candidates should have experience with children ages 2 and up, an excellent background report, and glowing references.

Wonderful Palisades family has three children ages 7, 5, and 6 months old. They currently employ two Nannies, one of whom is relocating out of state, and are now seeking an exceptional second Nanny and Family Assistant to join their team.

The Head Nanny works primarily with the baby from 6am–3pm. This new role will focus more heavily on the older children while also functioning as a true Family Assistant position.

Schedule:

Wednesday, 12:00-8:00pm and Thursday through Sunday, approximately 6:00am–2:00pm, with flexibility as needed. Weekend availability is absolutely required in the beginning. It’s possible that the two Nannies will split weekend responsibilities once the new Nanny is comfortable with all three children, allowing for two weekends off per month. They are open to providing part-time hours (27-30) if that’s the preference.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Morning routines and getting children ready for school
• School pick up and drop off
• Homework help and educational support
• Coordinating playdates and activities
• Cooking for the children
• Running errands
• Assisting with household inventory and coordinating with staff
• General family assistant support as needed

We are looking for someone proactive, collaborative, organized, and deeply comfortable working in a fully staffed home environment.

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to swim
• Must have substantial experience with school-aged children
• Weekend availability (Wednesday–Sunday schedule) is required
• Strong educational background required; candidates with an Early Childhood Education background are especially encouraged to apply

The family would be thrilled to find a former preschool teacher or career nanny with a strong educational foundation!

Compensation is approximately $40 hour DOE, plus a health insurance stipend and standard paid time off. A nanny vehicle is provided for all on-the-job driving. If the nanny uses their personal vehicle for work-related driving, mileage will be reimbursed.

Please note that there are severe dog and cat allergies in the household. Candidates with significant daily exposure to pets may not be the best fit.
