Coolest Nanny Opening in Beverly Hills
Posted : 06/15/26
An AMAZING Beverly Hills family is seeking a phenomenal, career-minded Nanny for their two homeschooled children, ages 7 and 9.
This is not your typical nanny position. This is an opportunity to become an important part of a wonderful family and make a meaningful impact on two children’s lives during some of their most formative years.
Dad frequently works out of town for extended periods (sometimes 2–3 months at a time), so finding a Nanny who genuinely enjoys travel and is willing to accompany the family when needed is important. While this is a live-out position, flexibility is key. The family is hoping to find one dedicated Nanny who can commit to them for the next 2–3 years and become a trusted, consistent presence in the children’s lives.
The parents are thoughtful, kind, and exceptionally generous. They believe relationships are reciprocal and that generosity flows both ways. They are looking for someone with a true heart for service and a team-player mentality. More important than years of experience is personality, character, flexibility, and attitude.
Mom explained it best: if there are dishes in the sink, she loves people who naturally jump in and help load the dishwasher. It’s not about the dishes. It’s about finding someone who sees what needs to be done and takes initiative. They have a housekeeper, so this is not a housekeeping role, but they value people who approach life with a collaborative spirit and an ‘all hands on deck’ mentality.
The children are bright, curious, and homeschooled. Mom currently oversees their education, and the family brings in various teachers, coaches, and specialists. The ideal candidate will enjoy supporting the children’s educational journey while helping provide the structure, consistency, and discipline typically found in a traditional school environment.
This role is equal parts teacher, mentor, role model, and playmate.
The family would love someone who can create engaging intellectual activities, encourage curiosity, establish routines and structure, foster independence and character, swim, play soccer and get the children moving and balance education with fun to play!
If you can create curriculum, that’s amazing. If not, but you’re naturally organized and excellent at creating structure and routines, that’s wonderful too.
Mom is ultimately looking for a mentor. She’d like to find someone with excellent character whose influence on the children’s development will be positive and lasting.
Also important — the family places a strong emphasis on healthy living. The children do not eat processed or packaged foods, so it’s important to find someone who models healthy habits and can help reinforce them. Cooking is not a requirement, but a willingness to help prepare simple, healthy food would be appreciated.
The schedule is somewhat fluid and will evolve with the family’s needs.
The family will guarantee 40 hours per week, although they may not always require all 40 hours to be worked.
Typical hours may include:
• Weekdays: approximately 11:00 AM 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM
• Saturdays: approximately 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
• Sundays: generally morning hours only, as the parents prefer to spend Sunday with the children
Mom has identified Thursday evening through Sunday morning as particularly important coverage times. The family would also love to find someone willing to spend one overnight per week when needed.
This is a live out position with full time hours guaranteed. Travel is required (could be two to three months if Dad is on a project).
This position is ideal for a Nanny who genuinely loves school-aged children, enjoys being active, embraces flexibility, and views childcare as a profession rather than simply a job. The successful candidate will be warm, intelligent, proactive, adaptable, service-oriented, and deeply invested in helping children grow into capable, kind, and confident young people.
If you are a Nanny with outstanding character, a clean background, a passion for education and child development, a love of travel, and a desire to devote yourself to a truly wonderful family for the next couple of years, we would love to hear from you!
