About the Family:

This active household includes two amazing girls (7 to 10) who are fun, sporty, and full of energy! The family values kindness, positivity, and teamwork, and they’re looking for someone who will bring that same energy into their home.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide hands-on support for after-school activities, ensuring the girls are where they need to be (safe, punctual driving is essential—clean driving record required).
• Stay organized and think ahead—whether it’s packing the right gear for soccer or remembering the mouth guards, snacks and sunblock!
• Engage the girls in fun, motivating activities when they’re home.
• Assist with light household tasks such as tidying, organizing, and occasional meal prep (Mom loves to cook, but an extra set of hands for meal prep would be appreciated).
• Occasionally stay later for date nights (up to 10 PM) and provide some Saturday coverage (about two Saturdays per month).
• Be comfortable around the family’s sweet Corgi!

Ideal Candidate:
• Fun, energetic, and positive with a “can-do” attitude.
• Proactive and organized—you anticipate needs before they come up.

Schedule:

Calling all seasoned, tech-savvy and organized Family Assistants who love teenagers! Mom and Dad are professional writers with three children ranging in age from 5 to 14. The youngest child has a dedicated Nanny who handles most of the children’s cooking, is able to travel with the family, and typically works M-F from 7:00am to 5:00pm. They are now looking to add a Family Assistant M-F from approximately 11:00am to 7:00pm, with some flexibility required. The FA will be more focused on the two older children, as well as the household logistics and all the moving pieces related to having three children who are going in different directions. This means coming with organizational strategies, managing calendars, liaising with vendors, scheduling maintenance, booking appointments, planning travel and so forth. Parents are not micro-managers and would welcome a mature, chill, pro-active self-starter who can establish best practices and has a no-job-too-big or small attitude. Someone helpful who genuinely enjoys being with kids, because when the school day ends, the FA will take over with the two older children (driving and so forth). The Mom is the nicest, most gracious, appreciative and kind stay at home Mom. She’s active in the kids’ lives, but between school, horseback riding, the dogs and various other commitments, she wants and needs great help to care for her family.

Your days will start at the family home in Beverly Hills. You’ll help with whatever projects or organizing is needed. Then you’ll drive the family SUV to pick up the girls from school (they are in elementary and middle school,) and then drive them to horseback riding lessons. Finally, you’ll drive them back home for dinner, and the nighttime routine.

This family loves to travel, but might only ask you to come with them a couple times a year now that the girls are older and are more independent. You should love working with a close knit team as they do have a chef, and two housekeepers. Please also love dogs, they have 4 🙂
