Busy household seeks an educated (college degree) assistant nanny to add to their house team. Three children ages 9-13. Fully staffed moderately formal home. The ideal candidate is immensely organized, proactive, knows how to multi-task with ease and grace, can anticipate needs and operates 5 steps ahead, has sound judgment and makes smart decisions, and has a friendly, calm and professional demeanor. Looking for someone who can engage in sports activities, must know how to swim and love dogs. Must be able to pass a thorough background check and have a CA DL in good standing with a clean driving record. Must have experience working in a similar environment with multiple children in this age group. May be asked to travel with family during vacation time. Responsibilities to include (but not limited to) driving, managing schedules to a family calendar, overseeing homework, arranging activities, overseeing backpacks and school notification, keeping children’s rooms organized, errands, shopping for household supplies, party and event planning, household administrative tasks and pet care.

The general schedule is M-F from noon to 8pm with flexibility to stay later if parents are out of the house. There’s a Nanny car provided for work plus hourly pay with fully benefits, commensurate with experience.

We are searching for a lovely, mature and sweet Family assistant who enjoys working with older kids and helping to manage a household. These gorgeous kids (15, 14 and 12) are not in need of a nanny but more of a responsible, pleasant and graceful adult who can be a great model for them and also be able to manage their schedules.

The kids have after school activities so a this assistant nanny must be a reliable driver who can help with pick ups and drop offs from school and after-school activities. A clean driving record is very important. Mom and dad both have big jobs and work full time so you will be responsible for running errands, buying the groceries and sometimes helping with tidying up. They do have full time housekeepers and a house manager so no deep cleaning but if you love to organize there’s always room for that. And if you like to cook or help prep a meal here and there that’s a huge plus!
