A wonderful couple in Bel Air is seeking an excellent white-glove Housekeeper with a sharp eye for detail and strong laundry skills. This is a position in a well-staffed home that requires flexibility and a true team mentality.
You will be guaranteed full-time hours (40 hours per week) with two days off, though the days off will vary depending on the needs of the household, and you should expect to work at least one weekend day. Typical hours are 8:00am–4:30pm or 9:00am–5:30pm. These are standard hours, though there may occasionally be later evenings to support dinner cleanup; overtime will be provided.

Hospitality experience is highly valued. The family entertains, so comfort with guests and the ability to assist with serving meals and drinks, pouring wine, and clearing tables is important.

The home includes a chef, property manager, assistant, houseman, and another housekeeper, so we are looking for someone who enjoys being part of a collaborative team.

This is a high-end residence where you may be asked to assist with packing and unpacking, and you should be willing to travel for a few weeks at a time to the family’s other homes.

We are looking for someone with a wonderful attitude—positive, flexible, and upbeat—who genuinely enjoys being of service.

The position pays $40 hour via payroll and includes full medical insurance (medical, dental, and vision), two weeks of paid vacation, six paid holidays, a 401(k) with a 3% match, and a year-end bonus of up to 10% based on performance.

This is a harmonious household that values morale, professionalism, and flexibility. There are no pets and no children.
