Do you enjoy working with creatives? This is an incredible opportunity to support a wonder artist and her entire world. You should have at least 3-5 years of professional, high profile assistant experience, a flexible attitude, a love for organization, the ability to think 5 steps ahead and an easy going demeanor (even if you are stressed, no one ever knows!) This is a Jane of All Trades position. One day you might be booking an international travel itinerary and the other you will be dealing with the children’s school while also archiving family photos. You will split your time between the studio office and her home. The staffs at both the home and the office are wonderful people. It would be great if you have experience managing staff, as you will be coordinating calendars, dealing with vendors and acting as a back up in case the nanny can’t be somewhere. This is a wonderful opportunity for a career assistant who wants a long term and exciting environment and group of people to be a part of. You should enjoy being on the go and this is often a mobile job. Your correspondence and grammar should be top notch; you are an extension and representation of your boss. As you will be working for artist, you should understand how important details and aesthetics are. You be very flexible with your mentality and have the ability to pivot quickly as you might be working on one project but be asked to handle something else and you are able to do this with a smile.

Incredible schedule, you will have balance in your work and life! Monday-Friday 9am-6pm. Salary is 60-65k DOE, plus health benefits and paid vacation. You must live on the east side – in case of emergency, your boss will need you to be a back up and close by. Please be fluent in all MAC products and have a knack for handling technology issues.

This loyal family has had the same people for many years and they are looking to make a change to become paperless and bring their company up to the modes of 2016! They use adobe, and macs oriented, and are looking for you to be in charge and take the bull by the horns to organized them in a paperless program known in Microsoft Project and google docs. There projects are all high profile homes and you will be the front person for these accounts. You will be in charge of scheduling the labor force, making sure changes are documented and communicated, you will delegate the work, and make sure the tasks are followed through. You have wonderful communication skills, and will keep the “boss”, the architect and the clients up to speed on all the changes that are needed via quick and concise email. We are looking for a well-rounded Jane of all trades to help a lovely young Lady who is experiencing some serious health set backs.  We believe the job will be 15-20 hours per week.  It’s hard to give an exact schedule as our client was recently diagnosed, and this is the first time she has had someone in this role.  Duties are meal prep (mostly heating up delivered food) and clean up, tidying (i.e. replenishing supplies, loading/unloading the dishwasher etc … ) and laundry (sheets need to be changed daily), lots of help with ice packs, heat packs, and humidifier — plus refilling pill containers and prescriptions and handling medication management.  There will also be help needed with doctor appointments and follow-up — tracking medical billing (huge!) and reimbursements.  There are also errands and marketing, some household management, shipping/receiving packages, answering and screening calls, walking the dog and doing some household (specifically closet) organization.  We are looking for someone extremely self-directed who requires little oversight and really enjoys being in a quiet environment as the Boss needs a great deal of rest.  Please reach out for additional detail if you are interested.  Thank you!
