Our client is 34 years old, ambitious, energetic, and deeply passionate about building businesses. He owns and manages a portfolio of apartment communities and neighborhood shopping centers and leads multiple companies in the commercial real estate space. He is fast-paced, highly engaged, and the type of person who is always moving, creating, and growing.
This is not a role for someone who simply wants to manage a calendar. He is seeking a highly organized, proactive professional who can help keep both his business and personal life running seamlessly.
Handling the financial work is the most important skill he needs:
· reconcile accounts,
· manage QuickBooks,
· produce cash reports,
· oversee distributions,
· coordinate tax matters,
· manage payables and receivables
Added to tax coordination would also be the annual preparation of 1099 forms.
Also, annual state filings of LLCs
The office is located in Century City, where both the principal and assistant will work in person five days per week.

Supporting special projects as they arise
Financial to Administrative Responsibilities
Managing expenses and bookkeeping functions through QuickBooks
Paying bills and monitoring account activity
Reconciling accounts and organizing financial records
Preparing information for accountants and advisors
Producing reports and maintaining organized systems
Personal Assistant Responsibilities
Coordinating domestic and international travel
Managing personal appointments, reservations, and social calendars
Scheduling dinners, golf tee times, and personal commitments
Assisting with home-related projects and vendors
Running errands and handling personal purchases
Helping ensure day-to-day life operates efficiently and smoothly
