We are looking for a Personal Assistant who has a minimum of five years experience working for High Profile/NHW clients. This is a busy professional Entertainer, and we need someone who can book travel, organize their life, manage a small staff, do simple bill paying and liaison with agents/managers/business managers. Any styling experience would be great as well as she loves fashion!

This is a single mom with two small kids who needs help running her life! We need someone with no ego, and a no job is too small mentality!

Local Nashville residents only. The client is very COVID safe and will not consider anyone who is not currently in Nashville right now.
College degree required. Once vaccinated, you may be required to travel with this client for production or on business trips.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Requirements:
• Strong command of English language; superior communication skills, both written and verbal
• 4-year degree from accredited college or university preferred
• Excellent references required from both current and previous employers
• Minimum 7+ years related experience working for a privatefamily or C-level executives in a similar role
• Exceptional organizational skills and dedication to responsibilities; above and beyond attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team; willingness to work long hours until the task is completed
• Managing and scheduling vendors, contractors as well as billing coordination with a focus on process and procedure 
• Flexibility in schedule with the willingness to work overtime as needed, availability to travel both domestically and internationally for sometimes weeks at a time
• Outstanding problem solver; resourceful and quick-thinking with exceptional project management skills 
• Highest levels of diplomacy, confidentiality, and discretion are always required
• Fashion experience is preferred but not required
• Social media knowledge is a PLUS (primarily Instagram)

She grew up in an entertainment family and still works here and there herself, but her main job these days that she loves, is being a full time Mom. Mom shares custody, so we need a super organized person who makes sure the house is all set up for the twins are home.

Her last assistant of 10 years just moved on, and she’s moving to find another long term person who she can get to know and form a great relationship with.

They have 2 dogs and a cat in the house. You might start your day ordering breakfast and then get to your to do list. You might travel with the family a week or two at a time. Someone who takes initiative who is kind and efficient is the right personality. There is no Nanny, so it’s Mom and you help with the kiddos needs. There is a part time chef, so you might help buy groceries as needed.

This is the ideal position for someone that been a family assistant or nanny or Personal Assistant for a couple of years. Please have your Covid vaccines and booster to be considered. Ideally, you live in the West Valley! Please have a reliable car to drive around for work.
