Fantastic mom in Brentwood seeks bright, friendly, and efficient assistant who can be her right hand person. The role is primarily “desk” work: file maintenance, scheduling reservations, assisting with school/camp/medical forms for kids, correspondence, handling insurance claims, travel arrangements, bill paying, tracking purchases and returns, etc. There will also be some “house management” work, scheduling and overseeing repairs, as well as assistance with event planning, gift shopping, and any other needs that may arise. This is an incredibly lovely family with 4 amazing kids, and two very sharp parents. The ideal candidate is a team player, self-motivated, SUPER bright, and discreet.

PT: 20-30 hrs/wk for 1st year, will guarantee 25 hrs/wk if necessary. Very flexible to maintain 25ish hr / week beyond first year; also very open to job expanding even to full time (*but can stay part time if you prefer,) after family move summer of 2019.

$25/hour
General hours can be Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 10/11am-6pm
OR family is flexible on days and hours, and if needed can offer some extra hours as well

Admin duties include but are not limited to:
-Assist Estate Manger with anything to help keep the home running

The family has an Estate Manager who you will report to, so you must be okay having someone between you and the Principal.

Candidate must have a college degree, and a minimum of 5 years recent full time experience working in a support role in a private home. Must also have RECENT experience working as a Personal Assistant. Please do not apply if you do not meet this criteria.
