We are looking for a lovely self-starter to help this family stay organized! You will be doing everything from managing files to basic bookkeeping to calling the plumber. They have two adorable middle school aged children (they have a nanny so you will not be doing childcare) but will be the liaison to the schools and mom’s eyes and ears. There is a lot of organization to be done and they are hoping you will sweep in and create systems and create easy shortcuts for them. You will be working mostly independently and it is very important you are able to stay on task and be extremely communicative with your boss.  The ideal person has strong office management skills, is tech savvy, can create simple Excel spreadsheets, pay bills and is an excellent organizer. We are hoping you have 5+ years of experience in a private home and have wonderful references to support how great you are! They do have two small dogs, please be fur friendly! 

This is a Monday-Friday position and you will be guaranteed 30 hours/week but most likely, will need you closer to 40 hours. You will work between the hours of 8am-5pm. They are offering $25-30/hour based on your experience.

Most weeks the schedule will be Tuesday-Saturday but you will be flexible to accommodate the family’s travel and social schedules. When it comes to the kitchen, you will in charge of stocking the fridge, keeping the pantry tidy and making delicious farm fare California cuisine. Family favorites run the gamut but mostly grains, heirloom tomatoes, burrata, seasonal salads and grilled fish. Having a team player mentality is essential to succeeding in this family! Start date is at the end of August as you will be helping the family move from Santa Barbara into their home in Bel Air. This is a five year commitment!

Salary is dependent on your experience. We are looking for the best out there!

It would be great if you have experience working with families in entertainment. The parents are divorced but you might go with the kids (teenagers,) to visit their Dad on set.
