Job Description: The Family Assistant will primarily provide personalized support to the family, manage children’s schedules and household calendar, and handle various tasks to ensure the household runs smoothly. This role requires a versatile individual who can multitask, prioritize, and anticipate the needs of the family.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Household Management:
○ Oversee and manage all household operations and organizational systems, reordering and filling
from backstock as needed, including kitchen, closets, garage, office, and children’s play areas.
Must love organizing.
○ Ensure the home is always guest-ready, greeting visitors and facilitating their needs and directions
upon arrival.
○ Receive and unpack incoming packages and mail and handle all returns for the household.
○ Create and maintain household manual
2. Administrative Support:
○ Manage household and children’s schedules and calendars, including doctor appointments,
classes, playdates, and events, and disseminate information to staff and family.
○ Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails in a professional manner on behalf of the family.
○ Maintain records of household expenses, budgets, and inventory, auditing supplies list to automate
delivery where possible.
3. Personal Assistance:
○ Provide personalized assistance to family members, including running errands, shopping, facilitating meals, packing, organizing, driving, and other tasks as needed.
○ Procure and assemble gifts during holidays, for children’s birthdays, and other occasions.
○ Assist with children’s activities, school schedules, and transportation.
○ Plan or serve as point person with the event coordinators for family events, gatherings, and social
engagements.
4. Vendor and Contractor Management:
○ Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and high-quality service.
○ Obtain quotes, negotiate contracts, and oversee projects and repairs.
○ Coordinate with and support household staff, including housekeepers, nannies, and other
third-party vendors such as tree gardeners, indoor tree maintenance, a car wash team, a
handyman, an electrician, plumbers, and in-house beauty and wellness practitioners.
5. Pet Care:
○ Assist with caring for and maintaining family pets (2 cats), including occasional feeding and the booking and management of grooming and veterinary appointments.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience as a Family Assistant, House Manager, or in a similar role within a high-profile household.
● Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.

Executive Assistant needed for Philanthropist in West Los Angeles with an incredibly busy schedule. Must have a huge heart, warmth and proven loyalty in prior roles. This Philanthropist runs an incredible mental health non profit, we would love someone who has interest in the field. Mostly, we are looking for a great executive assistant who has experience in a private home office, with exemplary organizational skills and incredible memory.

This is an in person, Monday-Friday role, in a gorgeous home office. Ideally, 11am-7pm with some flexibility to stay later as needed, or 10am-6pm for the right person.

You will manage scheduling, personal appointments, event planning, errands, travel and more. Your memory must be 150% as there are 1000 messages and documents that you will read and decipher (as her partner). You have etiquette and will be dealing with politicians and other luminaries. She would love someone that can absorb what she is doing, and be proactive and involved with her projects.

Please have a college degree, 5-10 plus years of experience, excellent references and be incredible on the computer, your middle name is tech savvy!

Salary range is $100,000 – $125,000 plus a health insurance stipend.

Fabulous family hiring a Driver in beautiful Hillsborough

Driver (estimated 20 – 25 hrs a week). We need some flexibility around the hours since Principal will have meetings that take him outside of SF around the bay area but this is not that common.

Monday – Friday
Pick up 7:30-7:45am arrival in Hillsborough – 8:30-8:45 arrival at office in SF
Pick up window 5-6 PM window in SF, arrive 6:45-7pm in Hillsborough
One day a week typically on Wed or Thur pick up from SF office at 4pm, drop off at gym by 5pm. gym pickup 6pm and arrive by 7pm to Hillsborough.

This principal travels a lot so there will be at least 1 week a month or more where he is out of town 2-3 days and will only need pick up to and from airport.

Ideally you will be able to help with drycleaning drop off, grocery pick up and general maintenance of our cars (Escalade and 2 other SUVs, taking it for car wash once a week, filling up gas, etc)

Compensation is depending on experience 🙂

Wonderful couple in the Palos Verdes seeks an energetic Personal Executive Assistant to join their staff and assume full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of a beautiful home and a family office as well as an additional property in Hawaii. This is very much a hybrid role in that you split your responsibilities for your Executive’s home and business life! Most weeks you’ll work from her home and the family office. (Two different locations, Palos Verdes is the home, the office is close by in Long Beach.)

The ideal candidate has a pristine background and minimum 5 plus years Assistant experience. Other important attributes are loyalty, excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills, and the ability to handle sudden changes and requests with ease and a smile. Candidates must also have excellent tech proficiency. This individual will be responsible to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the estate, as well as management and light supervision for various staff members who have been with the family for many years and vendors.

This is an energetic household! While most of the children are off at college, there is still one left in high school, and others coming home for vacation. It’s a tight knit family with functions and many happenings.

Please do love dogs, as they also have one!

You will help manage a few household employees and also help at the family office. The Wife and Husband use both PCs and MACs, please be proficient in both, and be able to use Microsoft Office, Google Suite, research and problem solve. We are looking for a candidate with amazing problem solving abilities and the desire to work long term with a great down to earth family. Hours on site are typically Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, though if you’re an early bird, some days you’ll be able to work 7-4pm.

Our amazing clients are looking for a TEMPORARY Dogsitter and Personal Assistant who can care for their adorable Weimaraner dog! The schedule is Monday-Friday, 4pm-8pm. The current person in the role is amazing, but she had an injury and we are not sure how long she will out for.

They have a full time housekeeper who works the days, but as the couple both have demanding jobs, they can’t always be home in time for their adorable dog’s afternoon needs. You will oversee feeding, walking, playing and giving him attention! Huge plus is someone who would be happy to occasionally cook simple dinners from the client’s recipes but it’s not a deal breaker if you do not like to cook.

We would love to find an assistant who loves dogs, and either works close to Beverly Hills during the day and is looking for extra hours OR a total dog lover who is happy to help keep a home tidy and also help cook healthy meals on occasion for this client.

Our incredibly hilarious and accomplished client is looking for a great assistant who has a sense of urgency, thick skin, deep sense of organization and ability to prioritize. You will work from her home office, Monday-Friday, and be flexible to go on the road for filming and tours. While traveling, there will be weekend work and while in LA, most of the work will be during the week though we are looking for someone who can physically work as needed on weekends. This is a combination of both business and personal, please enjoy doing both!

You will work closely with the 1st assistant to manage your boss’ life. This client has their own production company, and a dynamic busy life. While she is based in West LA, there are multiple homes and she travels. Day to day responsibilities will include heavy scheduling, emailing throughout the day, using Google Suite to manage various lists and projects, problem solve IT issues, gifting, letting in vendors to the home, ordering issues, research and be there to support as needed!

When you are based in LA, you’ll mostly work from the client’s home, and then you’ll also be on the road for domestic and international tours, speaking engagements and more. It would be great if you have experience on tour, on set and capturing photo to video content. Please have the ability to be on call and available 24 7 if needed.

We are looking for an assistant with at least 1-3 years of experience supporting a high profile entertainment individual, or talent agency desk experience!

This role is offering $75,000 a year ($36 an hour) plus OT, discretionary year end bonus, medical insurance 100% covered by the employer, three weeks of PTO, six sick days and a 401k plan.
