About the Role
We are seeking a highly trusted, detail-oriented, and execution-focused Executive Operations Manager to support a successful founder whose work spans business, civic, and political engagement. This is a senior operational role for someone who excels at managing complex schedules, high-volume interactions, political and corporate events, and fast-moving meeting days with precision and discretion.
The Executive Operations Manager serves as the principal’s operational right hand — owning scheduling, logistics, events, property oversight, political operations support, and call-time execution. Core Responsibilities
Scheduling, Calendar to Time Flow Management
Own and manage the founder’s calendar across business, civic, and political commitments

Schedule meetings, calls, events, and travel with careful attention to priorities and pacing

Proactively identify conflicts, prep needs, and transition time

Serve as call-time manager, ensuring outreach goals are met efficiently and on schedule

Act as a handler on high-intensity meeting days, particularly downtown or multi-meeting days, managing arrivals, transitions, materials, and timing

Call-Time Support, Note-Taking to Interaction Tracking
Support political and civic call-time by managing schedules, pacing, and preparation
Take detailed notes during calls and meetings, capturing key context, sentiment, and follow-ups
Track interactions with donors, stakeholders, partners, and contacts
Maintain organized records of conversations, commitments, and next steps
Coordinate follow-ups to ensure continuity and relationship integrity
Political Operations to Event Support
Support political operations, including planning and execution of political events and activities

Vendor to Property Operations

Coordinate vendor access, scheduling, and follow-up to ensure work is completed on time and to standard
Maintain continuity and institutional knowledge around property-related services and vendors

Errands to Operational Execution
Run high-priority errands (logistics, pickups, drop-offs, time-sensitive needs)
Handle daily operational needs to streamline execution and preserve the principal’s attention on high-value priorities

Qualifications
10 plus years experience in executive operations, political operations, senior EA, or similar high-trust role
Demonstrated experience supporting complex schedules and high-volume interactions
Strong note-taking, tracking, and follow-through skills
Excellent judgment, discretion, and situational awareness
Calm, polished, and decisive under pressure

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Comfortable working in political, civic, and corporate environments

Tech-savvy (calendar tools, email, CRM or tracking systems, mobile tools)
