Our client needs a tech savvy, patient and resourceful assistant who loves to organize. She is working on her acting career and needs help setting up appointments with casting directors and more. This can be full time or part time hours, whatever works best for you, Monday-Friday, and the work will mostly be done remotely, but we do need someone LA based as you will be asked to go to her home once a week.

Please have 3-5 years of recent experience as a Personal Assistant, have your own car that you can use for work and references we can check from previous bosses. We need someone who can start quickly please.

Our client has two teenagers still in the house who are pretty self sufficient but may need help with a few things on occasion. No pets.

Duties include:

Run errands, shopping, stocking and organizing home

Work with existing staff in support of the home and the couple
