We have an incredible opportunity to work with an A list actor and her family. This busy working couple has 2 children, a nanny and a housekeeper. They would like to have a personal assistant with a lot of experience that loves kids. Their 7 year old goes to school every day, so we are trying to combine this position, tying in good assistant duties, along with someone that loves kids. The position will be 11-7 most days, handling travel, communication, errands, and childcare in the afternoon.

We are looking for a professional PA who has worked for talent/High Profile clients in the past. This Power Couple is looking for someone who can support them. There will be occasional travel involved. We need someone who has dealt with Paparazzi, press and can always be thinking two steps ahead.

This is an amazing opportunity for someone who loves taking care of people. The family travels, and has a few homes, but they try hard to keep their feet on the ground.

The client is looking for a true professional with wonderful references that will speak with her (esp. if you have worked with an actor)
You must have a college degree, great references, and a can do attitude!

We are looking for an extremely organized PA who is really comfortable working with a multi-tasking professional Mom! This job is a bit of everything, from personal to family and business, which includes helping with her production company. They do a ton of plays and musicals; an interest in this is ideal!

The perfect person loves children, as you will be a back up for the nanny, has experience working in a home office and has a college degree. Your correspondence skills are top notch and can prioritize a busy inbox. You will be managing the schedule, liaising with vendors, overseeing projects and doing research for anything from business to finding a great pediatrician.

You naturally are fast, resourceful, kind and love to problem solve. It would be great if you have a background in events or entertainment and some family exposure. Tech savvy is your middle name and you are great with everything Microsoft Office, everything Google and if you can use Final Cut or any editing program and Photoshop that is a bonus. We would love if you are CPR certified, if not, we can arrange that. Ideally, you are in West LA!

The schedule will be Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm with some flexibility. There could be some travel in the future and there is a possibly that this could turn into some remote work and having a good office set up in your home would be great.

Depending on your experience, the position is offering a salary range between 60-75k and health insurance.

We are looking for a part time Family Assistant for our High Profile family in Atherton.

You will be responsible for babysitting a 5 and 2 year old (they have their own nanny, but you will help when the nanny is out sick, or on their day off.)

Must have a college degree, clean driving record and an excellent credit score. You should have a minimum of 4 years recent experience working in the childcare field (as a camp counselor, babysitter, teacher, tutor, etc) as well as have experience working in some sort of admin/support role. Schedule will typically be Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm, but flexibility is ideal as we would love if you can start at 8:30am/9am a few days/week, with some Saturdays needed.

Duties will include:
• Grocery shopping
• Dry cleaning drop off and pick-up
• Servicing vehicles
• Overseeing household appointments
• Managing schedules and overseeing additional staff (housekeeper, car washer, gardener, handyman, etc.)
• Running errands
• Managing appointments (doctor, etc.)
• Helping with dog when working at Studio City house (low maintenance – older dog)
• Emailing Newsletters
• Keeping Calendar for gallery appointments & deadlines
• Graphics
• Correspondence
• Gallery errands
• Work at gallery openings one Saturday every 5 to 6 weeks

Requirements:

You will be doing anything from planning a intimate dinner party, gift buying, planning travel, lots of scheduling and liaising between the family business manager. Calendar is uploaded online daily. All 3 kids have different schedules daily. You will be responsible for all of their schedules and keeping the nannies on schedule since everyone besides YOU will be computer illiterate. There is a heavy childcare aspect to this position. Pickups Monday through Friday for all three kids (16, 14 and 11 years old) and lots of family errands. In addition you will be responsible for all the party planning with the Mrs. and doing extensive gift buying etc. This is a full time position. $30 per hour on the books plus health insurance (including dental) after 3 months… Schedule is Monday – Friday, a very occasional Saturday. The client does split days often with some remote errands, calendaring, travel, online ordering in the morning and then afternoons with the principal / mom at the home in the afternoon usually. The most important time you are needed is afternoons to evenings from 2 p.m. -7 p.m. The mornings you can schedule vendors or errands as needed and make your own schedule. 40 hours guaranteed. We would like someone who has no ambitions to work in entertainment . Family wants someone long term and able to commit to 5 years. Must be based West side. Home is in Santa Monica.
