We are looking for a professional and experienced chef who wants to help our fantastic client Monday-Saturday, Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner at his home in Beverly Hills. There is a state of the art Chef’s kitchen and you will be mostly be cooking just for him. Some meals would be him and a friend or colleague. He loves to eat, but likes to keep things on the healthier side.

Please have a flexible schedule as the hours do change depending on his work commitments. This will be at least a month while the permanent chef is on vacation.

Vegan chef needed for Hidden Hills property. The right candidate will be offered a 1-year contract. Chef will cook for 5-7 people daily. The ideal candidate holds a DEGREE IN NUTRITION. Chef will be responsible for breakfast, lunch & dinner — 3-5 days per week, depending on the client’s schedule. Chef will serve breakfast and lunch and will be responsible to leave plated dinners for the client and guests. Very busy family of 8 needs a family chef who can cook DINNER Monday – Friday. You will start your shift with shopping , then coming to the house to prep and cook. The four kids ranging from 2 years old to 10 years old eat dinner at 6 p.m. After that the four adults eat dinner at 8 p.m. You are expected to serve and clean up for both shifts. Family anticipates that you will only be at the house a total of 5 hours. Family enjoys all ethnic foods including Indian, Italian, French, Asian, California clean cuisine as well as yummy home style meals. They would like a protein and a vegetable with every meal ( kids and adults eat the same meal but served at different times). There are a few times a year the family will eat clean or have restrictions but for the most part, they eat everything and anything. Dislikes include Vegan, and anything “Asian fusion”. Family wants a quiet chef, no one who will try to join in with the family table talk and no one who is too chatty. Family prefers recent high profile experience. The family assistant will do a phone call with the chef candidates to be followed by a 1-2 week paid trial. Family Pays $80,000- $90,000. Client is saying this position is only 4-5 hours per day.

Family in Pacific Heights is looking for a full time chef Sun-Thurs. You will be cooking for a family of 3 plus their nanny (they have a 6 year old son.) The mother is diabetic and the husband occasionally enjoys a Steak and Potato meal. The family is formal, and wants someone who can serve them (dinner consists of an app, main course and a light/healthy dessert.) The family does enjoy entertaining, so you should feel comfortable cooking plated meals for up to 10 guests.

Schedule is Sun-Thurs. You will leave lunches, and serve dinner (dinner is at 530/630) and clean up after .

We also want to find a chef who LOVES children, and would love to teach their son how to make sushi, or bake cookies with him!

The family has a chef in the Wine Country, but there could be times when the family asks that you travel to their Napa home.

Must have a minimum of 4 years, full time experience working as a chef in a private home. You should also have experience working in top SF restaurants. Degree from a top culinary program is also required.
