We are searching for a lovely, mature and sweet Family assistant who enjoys working with older kids and helping to manage a household. These gorgeous kids (15, 14 and 12) are not in need of a nanny but more of a responsible, pleasant and graceful adult who can be a great model for them and also be able to manage their schedules.

The kids have after school activities so a this assistant nanny must be a reliable driver who can help with pick ups and drop offs from school and after-school activities. A clean driving record is very important. Mom and dad both have big jobs and work full time so you will be responsible for running errands, buying the groceries and sometimes helping with tidying up. They do have full time housekeepers and a house manager so no deep cleaning but if you love to organize there’s always room for that. And if you like to cook or help prep a meal here and there that’s a huge plus!

This family has the loveliest staff working for them who all have only the nicest things to say about everyone. They are hoping to find their long term family assistant – someone who will be with them when the kids graduate college etc.

This is a Full Time position.
M-F 10am-6pm with flexibility
Must have at least 3-5 years of experience working in a private home, working with kids and have an excellent driving record. Must also be a great communicator in person and over text and e-mails. Finally, must be sweet and loving!

High profile client with three school-aged children (in the 6-13 range) seeks a mature ROTA Family Assistant. Location is Los Feliz. (There’s also a home in Malibu summer home on the E. Coast.) The schedule will work as follows — (3) 12-hour days (1) 6-hour day followed by 3.5 days OFF. Every six weeks you will flip schedules with the other Nanny so there are weekends off for each of you.
