We are looking for a fabulous after-school helper for a sweet, busy family with three energetic boys! Mom needs to clone herself! The role is fast-paced and involves juggling a variety of tasks with a smile.

Responsibilities include preparing meals, school pick-ups and drop-offs, and helping tidy up. The boys are ages 5, 10, and 12 and attend a French school, so French-speaking Nannies are especially encouraged to apply.

Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 3:30–7:30 8:00 pm. A willingness to work late on some Fridays or Saturdays is a major plus. The family lives in Los Feliz; the younger boys’ school is nearby, while the eldest attends school in Burbank. Mileage is reimbursed.

Pay is $30–$40 hour, DOE. The ideal candidate is a former camp counselor or similar, lives on the East Side, has experience with school-aged children, glowing references, a clean background, and is seeking a part-time role only.

Are you upbeat, adaptable, and looking for a truly special long-term role? This beautiful Westwood family has three charming children ages 3, 6, and 8, and they’re searching for a warm, energetic Nanny Family Assistant who can thrive in a lively, fast-paced household.

The position can be structured as either live-in or live-out, depending on what works best for the right candidate.

Live-in candidates will enjoy private accommodations with a separate entry, bathroom, and full kitchen. This is ideal for someone who enjoys being part of a family environment while maintaining independence and privacy.

If you prefer live-out, the schedule would be 12pm to 8pm, with flexibility to stay late or overnight as needed. Mom and Dad have demanding schedules and often need evening coverage, so dependability and flexibility are key.

Every August, the family spends the month in the Hamptons with extended relatives. It’s a fun, lively atmosphere with cousins and a group of wonderful nannies, and they want you to join! They also travel on school breaks, so candidates must be passport-ready and comfortable coming on family trips.

You’ll be part of a supportive household team that includes a terrific House Manager and two excellent Housekeepers, so a team-player mentality is essential.

Daily responsibilities include tidying and organizing, children’s laundry, preparing simple meals and snacks, managing school pick-ups and drop-offs, and supporting the general flow of the day. The home has a pool, so comfort with water safety is important. A clean background and glowing references are required.

Looking for an amazing rota nanny/family assistant to relocate to northern Nevada!

We are helping a lovely family of five find a long-term Rota Nanny Family Assistant. The schedule is live-in during your on shift and live-out during your off shift, with shifts typically lasting 1–2 weeks. During your off shift, you may assist the family remotely or in person for a few hours, depending on their needs.

The family has a toddler who is home full-time and two school-aged children who attend school during the day. When the older children are out of school, you will be responsible for all three children around the clock. Mom is very involved and hands-on, so you should be comfortable taking direction and following a structured routine. Strong communication skills, excellent manners, and the ability to uphold discipline are essential, as these are qualities the parents value and wish to instill in their children.
The children follow the Montessori method, so experience with Montessori education—or a genuine willingness to learn—is required. Being a team player is very important. You will be responsible for family laundry, dishes as needed, and some general household tidying and cleaning tasks. You should also be comfortable preparing simple healthy meals and snacks for the family. Most importantly, please love to play, especially with the toddler, who thrives on interactive, imaginative play!
You should be a strong swimmer and excited and flexible to travel, as this family travels frequently. When the parents have the children, your focus will shift to family assistant duties such as grocery shopping, meal prep, organizational projects, cleaning, and running errands.

The ideal candidate is reliable, proactive, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. This is a fast-paced, hands-on household, so a strong work ethic, flexibility, and a “no job too big or small” attitude are key. The family values positivity, discretion, and a calm presence in their home.

In addition, the family appreciates someone who can assist with household transitions—helping to set up or close down homes, pack for travel, and ensure the homes are organized and guest-ready.
