This very very busy couple is looking for an educated nanny four days a week, (paying for 5!) One of the most important things (besides being an engaging nanny) is that you are able to travel! They do leave every 6 weeks, and they have a home in Sonoma where they spend a month. Their style is independence – and would love someone to follow their lead. The parents are both entrepreneurs – and at the busiest time of their lives!

A lovely couple in Calabasas is seeking an experienced bilingual nanny (any two languages, one must be English) to look after their adorable 3-year-old son.

The typical daily schedule is M-F from 8am to 2pm or 3pm depending on the day. The minimum guarantee is 30 hours per week, with weeks potentially reaching up to 38 hours or higher during travel periods. Flexibility is required for occasional extended hours and travel weeks.

This is a no-screen home with an emphasis on outdoor play, reading, and creativity! The family also has three friendly french bulldogs, so a genuine dog lover is important.

The key responsibilities include full care and engagement for a 3-year-old boy, planning and preparing simple, healthy family meals (must enjoy cooking), preschool drop-off and pick-up on school mornings, light household support related to the child such as tidying play areas, children’s laundry, and organization, running occasional errands while the child is in preschool, engaging in outdoor play, reading, and developmentally appropriate activities, supporting occasional evening coverage or date nights 3–4 times per month from 6pm to 9pm, and traveling with the family approximately every two months for about one week, during which the Nanny will have her own room.

Please have a clean background, along with strong toddler experience, excellent verifiable references, bilingual ability (any language combination as long as one is English), confidence and enjoyment in cooking, comfort with dogs, and an engaging, proactive approach aligned with a no-screen, hands-on parenting style!
