We have a staffed home in Brentwood and the family is looking for a 7 day on 7 day off ROTA nanny. This is a live out position. The schedule is Monday through Sunday 6:30 am- 700 pm. The nannies overlap on Mondays from 630 – 11:30 at the end of their shift.
Fridays and Saturdays Mom and Dad like to have a date night. There will be lots of domestic travel in the future and eventually international travel. Two Rotational Nannies needed in Hermosa

Child Care: Primary responsibility for the care of an 8-month-old baby boy, assisting in developmental milestones such as crawling and walking.

Rotation Schedule: Work in rotation with another nanny to ensure 24 7 coverage, living in with the family during your shift. Family has not defined yet if the schedule is one week on, one week off or two weeks on off

Travel: Must have a car, valid driver’s license, and be willing to travel, mostly domestic, including visits to the family’s vacation home for holidays and in summer

Activities: Plan and engage in creative and stimulating activities, including walks, park visits, and classes for the baby.

Communication: Strong communication skills are essential for regular updates on the baby’s activities, milestones, and any concerns.

Self-Starter: Take initiative in organizing age-appropriate activities and creating a nurturing environment for the baby.

Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism, respecting the family’s privacy and adhering to their parenting preferences.

Household Duties: Perform light nursery duties, ensuring a clean and organized environment for the baby.

Requirements:

Prior Rota Nanny Experience: Proven experience as a Rota Nanny is required and must have recent experience working with a baby.

Driving Skills: Must have a reliable car, valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.

Flexibility: Be adaptable to changes in the schedule and open to travel as needed.

Creativity: A love for creative and outdoor activities for the baby.

Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are necessary.

Professional References: Provide references showcasing prior childcare experience.

CPR and First Aid Certification: Certification in CPR and First Aid for infants and children is preferred.
