This is such an exciting opportunity! Mom and Dad could not be lovelier and need to find 3 nannies to become a part of their family- complete dream job. They have a 10 year old son and a precious 6 month old baby girl and though each child will have their designated nanny, you must be flexible to jump in and help when one nanny is sick. That means having both infant experience and working with pre-teens. They need 2 nannies to take care of their baby girl, one nanny working 7:00am-7:00pm, and the other nanny working the 7:00pm-7:00am Monday-Friday. Their son is home schooled and in school between 8:00-4:00 and his nanny will have a 7:00am-7:00pm schedule Monday-Friday. This is an extremely private household who require their team to have a very professional and discreet mindset and have a go above and beyond attitude. You will travel to some of the most exotic places in the world, have an opportunity to grow with the family, and truly become an extended family member. We are helping a wonderful, stay at home mom in Vista, CA care for her 4 girls (10, 7, 4 and 9 months old) – it is a very fun and busy home!! Dad is in the military and will be in and out, depending on his deployment. The hours will typically be M-F, 7am-3pm. When dad is in town, they would like some schedule flexibility for a date night. Days will usually look like: school drop off, come back and help mom with laundry and tidying up, preschool pick up, prepare yummy dinner for the girls, help with the baby and toddler, school pick up. Mom loves for the girls to play play play and have great days, but teaching them how to be responsible is super important..they must clean up after themselves and finish homework first! We have known this family forever and they are wonderful! The wife and husband just had their first baby girl and are in need of a great Newborn Care Specialist 24 7 for their one month old baby girl.

Everything is going great, she’s healthy and hitting all the right milestones. Mom and Dad are starting to work again, and while they have a lovely housekeeper, they need a great Newborn Care Specialist to focus on baby 🙂

We are looking for someone with excellent experience, glowing references, who is up to date on their vaccines, and who can start ASAP – but they can be flexible and wait a touch for the right person. This contract will be December 2024 – April 2025.

The right candidate is warm, loving, and great with structure and setting systems in place. These parents would love to learn as well. Mom is breast feeding and feels like she’s in a good grove with that. Consistency of coverage is the priority until they are ready for a nanny.

Please have a Passport, and be able to travel! The family also has two German Shepards who are very friendly, please love dogs.

We are trying to help the coolest entrepreneurs in the city with their kids! The 4 kids range from 5 to 12 and are obviously going in so many different directions (3 schools!) Mom is very proactive so you and she would be working together to take the kids wherever they need to be. The hours are mainly 1:30 -7 but flexibility is everything, as one of the kids could be either sick or have a day off of school. The team is small, so they want a good team player – ie, someone that might help the housekeeper organize the toys, the books, the kids rooms, or walk the dogs (two cuties) . Monday through Friday only (no Saturday) would also work. Mom and Dad are looking for a super capable extra set of hands. The ideal candidate is genuinely excited to engage with the girls and will take it upon herself to plan cool activities, projects and educational endeavors. Please also be amenable to helping around the house with duties such as throwing in a load of children’s laundry, food prep, unloading the dishwasher or running an errand. Job description:

· 40 hours guarantee
· 7 year old girl and 10 year old boy
· Mom’s house has 3 cats and 2 dogs- helping with feeding at times may be needed
· Tentative schedule- 1:30-8 on weekdays, occasional weekends (depending on the needs of Dad, when he has the kids)
· School pickups- take kids to activities (varies from day to day). Kids are in school until 3pm M-F
· Cooking and Meal prep is a plus
· Miscellaneous household errands- groceries, dry cleaning, UPS FedEx shipping (mileage will be reimbursed)
· Snack prep for kids night before school (moms house)
· Unpack pack for vacations (both houses)
· Travel with mom or dad as needed (plenty of advanced notice will be given)
· Keep kids room closets organized- go through drawers as needed (both houses)
· Manage inventory of kids toiletries, supplements, clothing accessories etc.- order as needed and make sure there are plenty of backups (both houses)
· Helping open packages
· Help with homework
· Work as a team with cleaning crew (moms house)
· Dads house- grocery shop the day before arrival, make sure kids have everything they need once dad gets there, helping unpack unpack from trips. More time will be spent at dads house prior to the kids staying there for the weekend.
