Our high-profile client is seeking a second mature and sophisticated ROTA nanny who excels in both childcare and household management, with a strong affinity for teenagers. This role requires an organized, proactive candidate with experience working in high-profile settings and a deep understanding of family dynamics and discretion. The three school aged children are between the ages of 8 and 15 years old
Schedule:
• (3) 12-hour days plus (1) 6-hour day, followed by 3.5 days off
• Every 5-6 weeks, schedules will rotate to offer alternate weekend coverage with the other nanny
• Health, Vision, Dental insurance and PTO are offered by the family
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate children’s schedules, including school activities, appointments, and social engagements
• Assist with homework and provide support for educational needs
• Liaise with external vendors and associates for household needs
• Collaborate with the existing nanny family assistant on shared duties, focusing on child-related support, school drop-offs, and pickups
• Manage an adaptable and dynamic schedule, anticipating changes as needed
• Occasional light household management to maintain smooth daily operations
• Flexibility to travel up to 6 weeks per year for both international and domestic trips
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a nanny or family assistant in a high-profile family setting
• Strong background in working with teenagers
• Excellent organizational skills, with a focus on detail and multitasking
• Ability to anticipate family and household needs proactively
• Dog-friendly, as the family has dogs (a dog walker is employed)
• Flexibility for travel, strong communication skills, and a polished, professional demeanor

We are looking for a full-time nanny for four children in Pasadena, ages 10, 8, 7 and 4. Ideal candidate is flexible, kind and patient, open to different capacities and has long term mentality. Schedule is Monday through Friday 10:30 am to 7 pm with flexibility to work weekends ( not every weekend but some when needed . there may be schedule changes so we want a flexible candidate who is open and available. there will be family asisstant duties like organizination photo projects and parties. Must be fluent in English with an impeccable driving record. This is a very conservative home with impressionable children. Candidate must be polished and professional at all times.
