Manager needed for Hip Hair Salon in Santa Monica

We are looking for an organized and energetic manager with a few years of experience to run this beautiful westside salon. It would be great if you have a few years of experience as a Salon Manager, or if not, that you have worked with creative business minded employers who have busy lives! A personal assistant background would be amazing.

You will be in charge of managing the phones, corresponding over emails, overseeing the salon schedule, handling inventory, being the liaison/gatekeeper and interacting with all high profile guests who need a bit of extra attention. The Salon Owner is also a Mom and needs help making sure she gets everywhere she needs to be on time, with the appropriate materials and prepared with any appropriate information.

Please have a wonderful attitude. You are a service oriented person at heart, but are not a push over and understand how to deliver bad news but still make someone feel good getting “no.” You love going the extra mile by making sure you boss is fully caffeined in the morning with her favorite coffee and are always looking ahead at the calendar to keep things flowing smoothly!

We have an incredible client who is looking for a concierge style assistant to run their office. The firm services celebrities across the board and want to elevate their offerings with a service oriented assistant managing the firm.

In this role, you will:

• Manage all new user profiles, including compiling social media profiles, accurate contact information
• Coordinate with vendors, building management and office deliveries
• Incidental office tasks, including mail, check deposits, scanning, light kitchen clean up, ordering lunch, making reservations, ordering supplies and day-to-day matters required to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
