If there are any construction projects in the home, you will be overseeing them – hopefully, you have experience doing as much of the personal as the executive assistant duties in this role. It will take a strong, dynamic EA with great attention to detail to be the right person for this position. This is not a corporate office and we are looking for a no ego, nothing is too big or too small to accomplish kind of person.

Please have experience using Apple and PC computers as well as strong fluency in Microsoft Suite. Added bonus is an understanding of social media strategy. You should have at least 5+ years of experience as an EA, hopefully, to a C-suite level executive. While we are looking for the perfect candidate on paper we are also hoping for the EA who knows how to read a room and is socially intelligent.

The schedule will vary but is typically 9:30am-6:30pm, Monday-Friday. Salary is DOE, ranging from 55-75k plus INCREDIBLE benefits!!
