We are looking for a super upbeat, experienced & hyper-organized career Personal Assistant to look after two beauty moguls who own three homes & a yacht.  This is a very busy young family looking for a top-notch Assistant/Estate Manager to interface with their office and help their lives run smoothly.  Duties include private and commercial travel arrangements, errands, gift buying, bill management, organization & more.  You must be someone who works quickly and is able to stay three steps ahead, as you will be working for two very driven people who know how to make anything happen.  Pay is around $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year, plus fabulous benefits.  We are looking for people with MINIMUM three years experience in a private home.  Please let us know if you fit the bill. This is an all consuming position that requires no ego and a true passion for music. You will get to work for one the best creative in music. This is a heavy administrative gig and your skills must be top notch. You should have experience and mastery of everything MAC, Excel (creating formulas and tracking data,) Word, (you will be in charge of heavy correspondence,) photoshop, illustrator, (you do not have to create artwork but must be able to proof copy,) heavy scheduling, setting meetings and appointments, uploading to dropbox and other file transfer systems. You must have an anything goes mentality. Most of your duties are centered around executive and business but personal does come into play such as picking up dry cleaning on occasion. This is a home office, you should feel comfortable working on a small team. While “typical” hours are 9:30am-6pm, the hours often stretch to the wee hours of the evening if a deadline must be met or you are preparing for a show.

This is an hourly position, $15-18/hour DOE and you will get OT. After 90 days, you are eligible for health insurance. During the holidays it is extremely busy. Christmas Day and New Years Day you are off, but other than that, you must be available to work – if you have a family vacation already planned, this is not going to be a fit.

Must be able to start ASAP as the current assistant sadly has to move home to deal with a family emergency.

We are looking for a top level PA who has experience supporting an extremely busy executive, and also has experience traveling to International Destinations. You will be this CEO’s right hand while he travels – you should always be sure that there is the correct currency, that travel goes as seamless as possible not only in the air, but also to and from the airport. The client is involved in some fashion related businesses, so you should take pride not only in your appearance but also have an eye for fashion. You will be his gate keeper on the road, and make sure he gets to meetings on time. When you are in NYC you will plan trips, and then act as back up EA and keep the team running smoothly.
