We have a lovely widow that would need a bit of help dressing, and driving. She is active and still goes to the club to play cards. She does work w/ a cane, so she often needs a bit of assistance. She does need help in the shower too. She does take medicine so she will need to be reminded of her meds. There are steps in the house – she also has a housekeeper, but we think you need to help tidy. It would be wonderful if you can help cook a bit too. This is a live in position at least 5 days a week.

The gentleman is on a portable oxygen compressor. At night he uses a bi-pack machine with oxygen so you would have to know how to set the machines up. He can go out, he is not tied to his room, so it would be wonderful if you can take them out and about. That is the extent of the equipment that you would need to know how to use. They have walkers, and sometimes she uses a wheel chair. They have kidney and heart problems, and they are 93. They are still thriving and likes their arts and craft and music. The hours are 9-9 or 8:30 -8:30.

We are looking for a smart caregiver (preferably a CNA) to help a lovely lady who will be recuperating from a double mastectomy on April 23rd. She will be out of the hospital on April 26th-27th and will need help at night for three weeks (7:00pm to 7:00am) plus full time help over the weekend. Our client is open to hiring one person to cover the night shifts (M-F 7p-7a) and another to cover weekends (24/7 Saturday morning through Monday morning) though ideally, we will find one person willing to work all the hours since the need is short term. Lovely 80 year old recently widowed Lady in Beverly Hills is in need of help. She’s not sure how much help she’d like to have right now so this position may start out in a part-time capacity and will ramp up as she becomes more comfortable with the idea of having someone around. She has a large home that requires a good deal of organization. She also has a team of people (accountants etc … ) you will liaise with to keep her organized and on task. She is sometimes forgetful and doesn’t drive, so you will keep her on point and drive her to appointments (there are two cars at the house for all on-the-job driving). There’s also a social component to this position as our client is reserved and would benefit from having company. You might do some light housekeeping — ultimately, you may supervise housekeepers — and also some light cooking (and making sure she eats when you’re not there), organizing, errands, driving & more. Our client is lovely — can be difficult at times and has a hard time with change so applicants should have a high EQ and know how to read the room. Pay is on the books. Brentwood Companions Needed: We are helping a special client find help for her 74-year old Mother. Mom is in fine condition, but has a good deal of lower back pain and anxiety. She doesn’t like to be alone — particularly at night. We are hoping to find a calming and PATIENT (this Lady will require heaps of patience & understanding!) companion who is able to work M-F from around 6pm-8pm through 10:00am, if possible. The family is willing to pay cash.
