There are three homes: the main residence, an office in the Hollywood Hills, and a rental in Laurel Canyon. The latter two properties don’t require much oversight, but the main house does. Duties are liaising with vendors, overseeing home improvement projects, scheduling home maintenance, managing complex calendars, making/tracking house-related payments, monitoring emails (including tour & rental requests), stocking the house, managing deliveries/returns, walking the property and noting any issues, managing vehicles, scheduling appointments, running errands, pet care (appointments), travel coordination & gift buying. This list is illustrative, but not exhaustive. Familiarity with Sonos systems, WIFI systems & Vantage lighting systems is a plus. Tech wise, candidates should be Google Doc/Google Drive savvy. We are looking for a fully vaccinated candidate who lives on the East side and has minimum five years previous local experience as a Personal Assistant/House Manager. Entertainment Couple in Valley Village looking for a Personal Assistant/ House manager. Duties include stocking the house, the fridge, the bar and making sure all the supplies are ordered and in their right places. There will be management of vendors like the gardener and the housekeeper. There are three friendly dogs who may need to go to the vet or taken on a walk. There will be some construction and some interior design work that you are in charge of. There is a second property in Los Feliz that is about 10,000 square feet that will need to be rented and you will be in charge of that. Couple pays on the books with a salary, paid vacation, sick days and paid holildays. 40 hours a week minimum, and hours will likely be 9-5, 10-6 with an occasional weekend.
