Executive Housekeeper
OVERVIEW
Seeking a highly experienced, service-minded full-time, year-round Executive Housekeeper to oversee the
operations and housekeeping team across multiple residences. This is a leadership role responsible for
maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, wardrobe care, and home readiness. The
ideal candidate will be exceptionally detail-oriented,flexible, proactive, and capable of managing teams,
systems, and schedules across an active and dynamic household. Position reports to the Estate Manager
and works closely with Principals, assistants and other team members.
RESPONSIBILITIES
●
Supervise, train, and manage a team of housekeepers across multiple properties; provide ongoing
feedback and performance management.
●
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the family, team and guests. Lead by example with a calm,
discreet and professional demeanor
●
Oversee housekeeping operations and schedules across all family residences
●
Perform daily inspections and monitor adherence to established household protocols.
●
Develop and perform detailed seasonal deep-cleans to ensure all areas are maintained to the
highest standard.
●
Occasional travel to other properties for 2-4 weeks at a time.
●
Ensure seamless transitions between properties and readiness for principal arrivals.
●
Run errands if needed
●
Create and maintain organized inventories of cleaning supplies, linens, household goods, and
pantry perishables in collaboration with Estate Manager, chef and or assistants and replenish
supplies as needed
●
Provide expert laundry and wardrobe care, including washing laundry, hand washing special items,
and ironing garments and bedding
●
Packing unpacking for travel and seasonal wardrobe rotation.
●
Collaborate with Estate Manager and team members to create and maintain detailed closet
inventories for Principals and children.
●
Identify, tag, and track purchases and communicate to Estate Manager and assistants to ensure
visibility and organization.
●
Work with the team to prepare guest rooms, ensuring exceptional presentation and amenities.
●
Partner with the Estate Manager, Personal Executive Assistants, Chef, and other household team
members to support daily operations and special projects.
●
Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to last-minute changes in handling evolving priorities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS and QUALIFICATIONS
●
At least 5-7 years of proven experience in large private home or luxury hospitality, preferably
long-standing relationships with each prior employer
●
Maintain utmost discretion and confidentiality in all aspects of servic e.
●
Highly professional, discreet, and polished with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
●
Physically capable of handling tasks such as standing, pushing, pulling, climbing, and lifting up to
50 pounds
●
Comfortable working in homes with children and pets.
●
Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual Spanish preferred.
●
Valid passport; ability to travel on short notice. Domestic and international travel may be required.
●
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

A warm and welcoming family in Bel Air is seeking a reliable, flexible and energetic Housekeeper Caregiver to support their household.
Schedule:
• First 3–4 months: 6:30am–2:30pm
• After: 10:30am–6:30pm (when the other Housekeeper returns from leave)
• Some Saturdays required — candidates must be flexible. (You will always receive two consecutive days off each week.)
Compensation and Benefits:
• $35–$40 hour DOE
• Medical benefits
• Paid time off (two weeks paid vacation, accrued sick pay, six major holidays off with pay)
About the Role:
The home is large and formal, but the family is down-to-earth. They have one 10-year-old child and a grandmother living in the guest house who occasionally needs support (driving to appointments, companionship, or backup care if her regular Caregiver is unavailable). You’ll share responsibilities with a second Housekeeper.
Duties include:
• Housekeeping and light cooking
• Driving the child as needed
• Assisting grandmother occasionally
• General household support and companionship
The Ideal Candidate:
• Has 3–5plus years of experience in a formal household
• Flexible with schedule
• Warm, reliable, and a true “Jane of all trades”
• Clean background and excellent references

We are helping a very kind family find an executive housekeeper for their large home in North Scottsdale. There are not kids in the home, but a large and friendly German Shepherd (so must love dogs!!). They are looking for someone who wants to find their forever job! This role will consist of 50% meticulous cleaning, 25% house management and 25% light cooking for the 2 of them. Daily pet care is not part of your job, but being able to stay in their home and pet sit when they travel would be ideal. The role is M-F, flexible on the start time. They do not micromanage, so being a self-starter is very important. The Mr would like to tell you the family’s likes and dislikes for food, and you be able to research recipes to cook for them. We are looking for someone who is fluent in English, a self-starter, passionate about organizing and helping the family with a variety of tasks relating to housekeeping. We are looking for help to clean and help tidy up for our family dinner. 12 -14 for dinner – they are getting a catered dinner so the kitchen will not be a mess. Warm up the appetizers and plate them. We will have a big buffet dinner so i want someone that will help with the platters. Clean up between courses and keep things tidy, and clear the dessert dishes and put things away. If you like serving, that would be a plus!
