A formal couple in Brentwood is seeking an experienced and highly professional Executive Housekeeper to manage and maintain their beautiful estate. This role requires someone who is polished, meticulous, and organized, with a proven track record in fine homes.

Responsibilities include:

Full-charge housekeeping with a focus on deep cleaning, daily upkeep, and immaculate attention to detail.
Household management: ordering supplies, overseeing vendors, and ensuring the home runs smoothly.
Closet organization for designer clothing and fine fabrics is necessary
Managing household inventories and anticipating needs before they arise.

Please have At least 5–10 years of experience in high-end, formal households.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Someone who is discreet, professional, and respectful of boundaries.
A team player who can also work independently with initiative.
Flexible, with the ability to adjust to the changing needs of the couple.

Schedule to Benefits:

Full-time position (Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend flexibility). 11-8

Impeccable attention to detail – someone who notices the little things and takes pride in a spotless, organized home.

Experience caring for high-end or designer homes, with knowledge of how to properly maintain fine furnishings, finishes, and clothing.

Reliability, trustworthiness, and discretion – this is a private household.

Strong organizational skills to keep everything in its place and running seamlessly.

Responsibilities:

Daily cleaning, deep cleaning, and overall upkeep of the home.

Laundry and wardrobe care (including delicate and high-end items).

Grocery shopping and household supply management.

Schedule to Details:

The schedule is Monday Wednesday and Friday from 8:30-5

You are great with laundry, organizing closets, ordering items for the house online or picking them up, understand how to deal with fine clothing and separating shoes by brand and style. Closet hangers are spaced exactly one inch apart, facing the same direction, and the correct clothes are on the associated hanger. YES, they want you to have extreme attention to detail! You should know how to iron sheets, polish silver, clean antiques and art work, as well as keep the home looking like a 5 star hotel.You love to lead by example and roll your sleeves up to teach your colleagues a new way to do something. You are polished, take pride in your work and are excited to join a wonderful team! This is a family home with young children, nannies, a chef and 2 small dogs.

Hours are usually Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm, and being to work one Saturday per month.

The family is offering $45 an hour on payroll, $500 a month towards your health insurance, paid sick days holidays vacation and working with an amazing team!
