A wonderful family has had one housekeeper for 30 years and another for 8 years (so loyal and lovely!!) is looking for a housekeeper to work Saturday and Sunday, This adult family has 5 doggies that mean the world to them – esp because their children have graduated college. The lady of the house loves to cook, so not only should you love doggies, but please enjoy prepping, setting a gorgeous table, and helping when needed. The family is lovely and the housekeeper should be wonderful with laundry, have a sunny attitude, and be a meticulous cleaner.
The hours are typically 10-6 or flexible if you need other hours. They would love someone that loves organizing! Their person is going back to the her country by the end of September so we have some time. They do dinners Sunday night at the house with their family. A plus would be if you like to cook!

We’re seeking a loyal, dependable, and kind-hearted live-in Housekeeper to join a young family in Venice, California. This is a couple who is expecting a baby girl in February. They are looking for someone who is eager to problem-solve, grow with the role, and provide thoughtful, attentive support to their household.

About the Role:
You will primarily be responsible for day-to-day household organization and meal preparation—making breakfast, sometimes lunch and dinner, and ensuring the fridge is well-stocked with fresh food and snacks. Light household tasks like making beds and laundry are part of the daily rhythm. The family employs a separate cleaner four days a week, so this position focuses on general upkeep and smooth household flow.

Living Arrangements:
You will have your own private guest suite, a fully equipped ADU with its own kitchen, bath, and laundry—unattached from the main home.

Household Details:
The family has two beloved dogs — one small and one large — who stay at the Venice residence year-round. A dog walker visits weekdays, and your role will include twice-daily dog walks and feeding them breakfast and dinner during the week.

Additional Info:
The family splits time between Venice and their second residence in Hong Kong, where full-time live-in help is also employed. They spend about 4-5 months out of the year traveling, during which you will act as the primary caretaker of the home.
