We are on the search for a GREAT Houseman Maintenance professional for a terrific client with two beautiful homes — one in Malibu and one in Brentwood. The bulk of your time will be spent on the Malibu property, but there will be occasional needs in Brentwood, so flexibility around that will be much appreciated. The perfect candidate works well with a team, and independently. Some handyman skills are necessary, and candidates should be able to work with the gardeners as well to ensure that the property is always looking beautiful! Care for all outdoor furniture, walkways, and windows plus handling small tasks to projects as needed are also important duties.
