We are searching for the BEST laundress in all of Miami! This family is incredibly generous and searching for only the best!! You will work 4 days week, 8 hour shifts. The family is so nice – they are offering full benefits for part time work! Please only reach out if you are an expert at fine linens and clothing – you understand garment care and could do it in your sleep! You must have excellent references from previous employers who you were a laundress for!

Job Description from the client:

-When the family is in town this would specifically be a laundress position with some housekeeping. When they are away, it will be more focused on housekeeping.

-The Mrs. has an extraordinary wardrobe that is impeccably maintained.

-The home is high end but not excessively formal.

-The standards are high, so an appropriate candidate should have the required experience to navigate that environment.

-Sundays and Wednesdays off, but room for flexibility on the Wednesday (you can switch it for a Tuesday or a Thursday).

-When the family entertains, overtime is sometimes necessary, although they don’t do so excessively.

Job Description:
– Housekeeping (both daily maintenance cleaning and regular deep cleaning)
– Storage and house organization
– Handling deliveries to house
– Flagging repairs to be done by handyman or outside vendors
Qualifications:
– Experience of 4 years or more in residential housekeeping
– Strong references
– Fully vaccinated for Covid
– Clean background check
– Legally eligible to work
– Some English proficiency
– Trustworthy and respectful with a positive attitude
– Meticulous sense of organization and attention to detail
– Self-starter with strong work ethic
– Team player who works well with others in the household

Schedule, compensation and benefits:
– 30 hours per week, Monday-Friday, actual work hours negotiable
– $40 hour on the books
– Annual bonus based on performance and length of tenure (minimum equivalent of one week’s full salary)
– Fully-paid health insurance after first 60 days

This home is situated in Beverly Hills. Laundry is only the towels and underwear – everything is sent out. This couple just wants a clean home, they do not seem terribly picky. The home is relaxed but they do entertain high profile people, so it would be wonderful if you are not star struck. They do love their privacy – so if you can work independently, that would be great. The family is looking for two housekeepers that would love to work together. The estate manager is WONDERFUL and will help train. They would love someone that would love to work a Saturday once in a while (but that would be great overtime pay) There are 2 dogs in the house, and they also have honey bees! There is a lot of privacy so you will be required to sign an NDA, please be discreet!! It would be wonderful if you have worked for a celebrity before so that you understand discretion! Let us know if you would like to work 8-4:30 in Beverly Hills. Every once in a while you might work on a Saturday.
