Lovely couple with one daughter is looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor. The family owns several properties for which the Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible. There are two structures on the same property in Brentwood, one home in the Palisades that’s used by guests and a condo where the grandparents live in Westwood. The family employs a staff of three full time M-F Housekeepers (including the Supervisor) plus one weekend Housekeeper. They have one dog and three cats, so this is a position for someone who loves animals and has no allergies. The schedule is M-F from 8:30am to 5:00pm which includes a half an hour unpaid break for lunch. The job is primarily cleaning and overseeing the other Housekeepers. There’s a girl on the team who loves to iron, so the Supervisor rarely has to iron. There’s no cooking either. The family will pay for your uniform which is khaki pants and a polo shirt.

The benefits are as follows: paid sick days, two weeks paid vacation, a 401k, health insurance for the full-time employee + up to three defendants (amazing!!), a reimbursement policy of up to $2,400 for any dental or vision visits, and a $25,000.00 life insurance policy. Housekeeping Supervisor applicants should have a clean driving record as the Supervisor drives the family’s SUV from property to property. The other Housekeepers are sisters, so you will be joining a tight-knit team in a management position.
