Our new client lives in Cheviot and the wife has her own contractors business. This young couple is looking for a wonderful family assistant or personal assistant. They have several properties that might need some management, including bill paying, walking the properties, as well as other administrative tasks to keep the business going. They have two girls going in two different directions that might need after school pick up. The girls are 11 and 15. This could be a wonderful start for a personal assistant that would like to learn about a career in real estate development or design! They will pay 40 an hour and a health stipend.

We are looking for a very experienced Housekeeper to work primarily at a beautiful property in Beverly Hills, and occasionally in Topanga. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday from around 8:00 to 5:00pm; however, flexibility to work the occasional weekend or evening if there’s an event scheduled is essential. There are three Housekeepers total, so please enjoy working on a team! Duties run the gamut from housekeeping to running errands, to wrapping presents, to setting up for parties, and so forth. Some familiarity with setting tables and serving will be appreciated. Mileage is reimbursed if you are asked to travel between the two homes. The position offers $42 to $45 hour, depending on experience — plus health, vision and dental insurance, a 401k with a match, a discretionary bonus and annual cost of living adjustments. Best Pasadena Family seeking amazing Nanny Family Assistant

We are looking for a wonderful warm and flexible nanny family assistant for a beautiful family with an 8 year old and 5 year old. Mom and Dad are extremely creative, they both work in the entertainment business. It’s important to them to find a loving, creative, active and organized nanny who can provide wonderful care for their children.

The hours will often be Monday-Friday, 11am-7pm. Though we do need someone who can be flexible and come early or stay late as needed. For example, if a child is home from school, they might need you to work 8am-5pm one day, or if the parents must be on set early, your day might start at 6am or 7am and end earlier.

Please have your passport ready as they often travel for work, and like to adventure on family vacations. They would love a nanny who is curious and will find great museums to go to with the kids, art classes, hikes, and all the best LA has to offer. Please be able to assist with basic homework, safely drive the kids around, grocery shop, meal prep and some cooking and be that proactive person who thinks ahead for what the family might need.

This family is kind, and the house is a happy one. We are looking for a nanny who will be a great match. Their last nanny was with them for years and we know firsthand they are great to work for. They do have a part time housekeeper who handles most of the laundry, but it would be great if you can help with the kid’s laundry as needed.

The family would like to offer $40 an hour and will help cover the cost of some of your health insurance, DOE. Of course they will also offer paid vacation, sick days and holidays. Please live in the east valley, or somewhere close to Pasadena to be considered, and have at least 5plus years of full time, recent, nanny experience in Los Angeles.

The best daughter in law wants to gift her mother in law a wonderful chef to do a cooking class on Mother’s Day!

She lives in Thousand Oaks. She is Japanese and never learned how to make ramen from scratch, this is something she has always wanted to do, so ideally, the chef would teach her how to make vegetarian ramen (they don’t eat meat and also keep Kosher).

We are looking for a chef who can plan the meal, provide all the ingredients (which you’ll be reimbursed for), and bring any necessary equipment to make the meal (noodle pasta maker, pots, etc.). She has pots and pans, of course, but her daughter in law doesn’t want her to stress about whether she has the “right” one.

For lunch, you’ll heat up soup the chef prepares and place her sandwich if she’s hungry before Chef arrives to do dinner and other prep. The chef does all the major cooking, so it’s very simple breakfast and lunch support only!

You will cleaning the upstairs primary suite and help the other housekeeper clean the main floor. You’ll do laundry for both Mr and Mrs., there are fine items so please be comfortable with cashmere, and other special materials.

The right housekeeper will have at least 5-10 years of experience in a fine home with an upbeat, eager and friendly attitude. This is a wonderful role and the client is looking for someone long term, everyone on the team has been there for years.

This job offers: $35-40 an hour, health and dental insurance, paid vacation, holidays and sick time.
