As they continue to grow, they are seeking a Production Manager to oversee and optimize their manufacturing and supply chain operations.
Job Summary:
The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of our accessories. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and experience in managing vendor relationships, production timelines, and quality control. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about bringing high-quality products to market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Production Planning to Execution: Develop and manage production schedules to meet demand, ensuring timely delivery of finished goods.
• Vendor to Supplier Management: Work closely with manufacturers, suppliers, and artisans to ensure high-quality production, negotiate contracts, and resolve any production challenges.
• Quality Control: Establish and enforce quality control standards, conducting regular inspections to maintain brand standards.
• Inventory to Supply Chain Oversight: Monitor raw material availability, manage production costs, and collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure smooth operations.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for streamlining production processes, improving efficiency, and reducing waste while maintaining product excellence.
• Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with design, product development, and operations teams to align production with business goals.
• Compliance to Sustainability: Ensure all production activities adhere to ethical, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications to Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• 2 plus years of experience in production or manufacturing, preferably in the accessories, fashion, or consumer goods industry.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and supply chain management.
• Experience working with international and domestic vendors.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, Slack
