Our super kind client seeks an AWESOME Housekeeper one day per week. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of a home and helping it run smoothly.

The home is not large, so in addition to housekeeping duties, the ideal candidate will be happy to assist with errands, light food prep, keeping household supplies stocked, watering plants, home organization, returns, vendor coordination, and other household support as needed.

Compensation is in the $40–$45 hour range on payroll.

Executive Assistant to Tech Investor

Our client is a young tech investor who is serious about his work and deeply committed to excellence and building for the long term. He is seeking a true right hand — someone who is excited by the idea of becoming an indispensable partner to him as his career and platform continue to grow.

This role is based primarily out of a Torrance office. The Principal currently maintains an office in West Hollywood, though that location will be phased out over the next six months. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates who live in the South Bay or within a reasonable commute to Torrance. When the Principal is traveling, there may be opportunities for remote work, but when he is in the office, he prefers his assistant is there as well.

The schedule is generally standard business hours, though flexibility is appreciated when travel disruptions or other unusual circumstances arise. The Principal travels approximately 30% of the time.

While this role includes some personal support around the edges, it is overwhelmingly executive in nature. Responsibilities include complex calendaring, scheduling, travel coordination, expense management, filing, correspondence, office management, gatekeeping, meeting preparation, vendor coordination, and ensuring that every aspect of the Principal’s professional life runs seamlessly.

The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating technology and has experience using Outlook and or Google Workspace, travel booking platforms, expense management software, and other common business applications. Technical expertise is less important than curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.

Experience in financial services would be a plus, but is not required. Candidates from investment firms, private equity, venture capital, legal, consulting, entertainment, technology, or other corporate environments are encouraged to apply. The skills that matter most are professionalism, judgment, discretion, communication, and truly exceptional organizational ability.

This is technically a hire for the firm, but approximately 90% of the role will be dedicated to supporting one Principal.

Compensation is flexible and will depend upon experience. For a highly seasoned Executive Assistant with a proven track record, compensation can reach approximately $150,000. However, the Principal is equally excited about finding a rising star with three to five years of experience who is eager to learn, grow, and build a career alongside him. As his responsibilities and influence expand, he expects his assistant’s role, responsibility, and compensation will grow as well.

Benefits and paid time off will be offered, though details are still being finalized.

They are open to 31 2 for 24 hours, or 12 and 12 every other week or every 2 weeks. They are open for ideas for the right person. for at least 6 months.

This is an opportunity to work with seasoned parents who understand the value of professional newborn care and are looking for a calm, confident, and collaborative NCS who can help establish healthy routines while supporting the entire family through the newborn transition.

The ideal candidate is highly experienced with newborns, knowledgeable about feeding and sleep development, and able to guide parents with confidence while remaining flexible and supportive of the family’s parenting style. This is a fully staffed household, and we are looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a team.

Responsibilities Include:
• Complete newborn care
• Bottle preparation and sterilization
• Supporting feeding schedules and developmental milestones
• Establishing healthy sleep habits and routines

Our amazing clients are looking for a special family assistant! The Mom and Dad both work, and their kids are 10 and 14 so the afternoons are busy!

The Mom said she needs a wife to help her manage everything 🙂 It’s a bit of cleaning, cooking (following simple family recipes,) driving and having common sense to see what is needed in the house and handle it. Someone smart, mature, kind and organized. They have a housekeeper who comes in the mornings three days a week who handles most of the laundry, but helping her to make sure it all gets done. Or noticing if the kids have a soccer game the next day and making sure the uniform is clean and ready to go. Someone who can pack lunches, make snacks and is a safe driver. If a lightbulb goes out, change it. Let Mom know if she needs to order anything for the house like toilet paper or pick it up yourself.

This family is great!! They would love if you can work Monday-Friday, usually 11am-7pm but they’d love a little flexibility if the hours need to shift a bit. They will always guarantee 40 hours of work a week.

The perfect person has been a nanny and or housekeeper. You love families and children and are looking for a long term commitment 🙂

The family would like to pay $40 an hour and is offering paid time off (sick days, holidays and vacation.) Plus mileage reimbursement.
