A recently renovated, expansive West Side vacation home seeks an experienced and discreet House Manager. Bilingual English and Spanish is preferred to facilitate communication with the family and vendors. The ideal candidate will oversee equipment maintenance, coordinate with service providers for installations and repairs, and manage property security.

This is not the family’s primary residence. The couple and their adult children typically spend a few weeks during the summer, around the holidays, and occasionally at other planned times throughout the year. The House Manager will be expected to maintain the property when the family is present, acting as steward, and coordinate additional temporary staff, including a cook and housekeeper, as needed.

The ideal candidate is professional, dynamic, well-mannered, and highly discreet. They should be comfortable maintaining a visible presence while respecting the family’s privacy, able to adapt to a variable schedule, and skilled in all protocols related to working with a private family.

Candidates should have five to ten years of experience in large private homes, preferably 10,000 square feet or more, with exceptional references and a clean background report.

after-school transportation taking place within Studio City, Sherman Oaks, and Encino. A gas stipend is
provided for all driving related to the children.

Schedule
Approx. 15 hours per week
Monday–Thursday: approx. 3:00–6:00 PM
Friday: approx. 2:00–5:00 PM
