Job Description:
– Housekeeping (both daily maintenance cleaning and regular deep cleaning)
– Storage and house organization
– Handling deliveries to house
– Flagging repairs to be done by handyman or outside vendors
Qualifications:
– Experience of 4 years or more in residential housekeeping
– Strong references
– Fully vaccinated for Covid
– Clean background check
– Legally eligible to work
– Some English proficiency
– Trustworthy and respectful with a positive attitude
– Meticulous sense of organization and attention to detail
– Self-starter with strong work ethic
– Team player who works well with others in the household
Schedule, compensation and benefits:
– 30 hours per week, Monday-Friday, actual work hours negotiable
– $40 hour on the books
– Annual bonus based on performance and length of tenure (minimum equivalent of one week’s full salary)
– Fully-paid health insurance after first 60 days
– Paid sick leave (accrued over time)

One of our all-time favorite clients in Bel Air is looking to fill a unique role on their gorgeous estate. The Principal says she is looking for a good “all-arounder” to help in myriad ways around the house. This job is a little bit of everything, i.e. getting up on ladders to reach things the Housekeepers can’t, being proficient in helping around the house to mitigate the use of outside vendors, doing errands, moving cases of water to wine, handling deliveries, power washing the exterior areas to etc … Perhaps most important — there are three doggies who needs TLC! We are looking for a presentable, articulate helper who is TECH SAVVY and will be as comfortable troubleshooting various household equipment as he is greeting guests and serving refreshments. Applicants should be fully vaccinated pro-active self-starters. The schedule will be M-F, most likely from 10 11am to 6pm — with flexibility. There is a nice size staff in the home so we want to find a team player who vibes well with everyone. This position offers great hourly pay via payroll, terrific benefits and lots of paid time off.
