This lovely Brentwood family is looking for a wonderful family chef for Sundays through Thursdays for lunches, dinners and snacks that are kid friendly and then adult meals that are super healthy plant based when possible.
-Kid meals must be gluten free and kid-friendly
-Lunches for husband and wife must be plant based clean whole food. They prefer a Mediterranean diet with no sugar and low carbs
without sacrificing flavor
– Chef will be responsible for stocking the pantry and the refrigerator for weekly meals and snacks.
-Prepare snacks (cut up veggies, fruits and gluten free baked goods for kids)
This family would love someone with at least 5 years of experience in a private home who knows how to be professional, meticulous in the kitchen and who understands nutrition. Must be vaccinated and boosted and know your way around a farmers market.

We would love to find an experienced C Suite Level Executive Assistant from another Family Office, or CEO’s office. Job Description
Job Title: Executive Assistant to the Principal
Responsible to: Estates Manager
Location: Los Angeles (travel as needed)

Purpose:
Your primary responsibilities involve the exercise of independent judgment in managing the Principal’s needs and supporting all facets of the Principal’s contacts. You will work directly with the Principal and very closely with the Estates Manager. You will be an integral part of the house management team and the conduit to the Principal for all internal and external entities. In addition, you will be responsible for managing the calendar and all of the day-to-day duties. You must be proactive and able to communicate effectively to the Principal and the wider team at all times.

The position will include, but will not be limited to, the following tasks:
• Coordinate all aspects of Principal’s work, projects, family life and calendar
• Working directly with Principal to plan, develop, present and guide projects through from ideation to completion
• Assist with deliverables and manage deadlines from many sources both internal and external
• Assist with all aspects of Principal’s art projects: including but not limited to: Art Studios, communications with legal teams and the movement of Art both nationally and internationally
• Research and manage the Principal’s various diverse projects as needed
• Coordinate and assist with all Foundation initiatives
• Acting liaison between all contacts and the Principal
• Managing and coordinating the daily calendars of Principal: holistic overview of calendar at all times
• Planning appointments and events: coordination of all calendared events from beginning to end and all that they encompass
• Act as the point of contact between Principal and Employees, Family and external Associates
• Create regular reports and communicate all to Principal and Estates Manager
• Liaise and work closely with Prinicpal’s travel team and manage all internal Family Office travel communications
• Coordinate and manage cargo and luggage coming on and off aircrafts and boat
• Coordinate Family and Guest plans, convey to appropriate parties when traveling, or at home, and direct the wider team in making/finalizing plans
• Coordinate with Principal’s team on all Family gifting: direct and manage the implementation of annual gifting
• Manage Principal’s phone calls, emails and text communication: streamline systems
• Respond promptly to Principal’s and Managers’ queries
• Facilitate internal communication between all departments as needed
• Clear communication of new standards, resources and inventories to entire management team
• Direct IT team on support and implementation of Principal’s IT needs
• Facilitate and contribute ideas to the organization in any way in which we might improve
• Travel as needed

Your day will be busy and vary! You will work along side their beloved Nanny of 10 years, Housekeeper and coordinate schedules with their Executive Assistant in their office. The right person for this job loves taking care of families, is extremely organized, well educated, and loves to think ahead and make systems. You are Mom and Dad’s Personal Assistant, but will also manage things for the children and work as a team with the rest of the staff.

Please be familiar with smart home technology, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, booking high end travel, (plus if you love booking ski trips!,) and understand how to manage many priorities at once while keeping calm. This family will ask for you to have your Covid vaccines.

This family works hard and has a love for travel and spending time with dear family and friends. You are going to be the person to take care of what they just don’t have time for, so they can prioritize spending time with loved ones. From calendar, to travel, to organizing, shopping, errands, returns, project management, construction projects and more. You’ll spend your day managing your to do list, and wrap each day with a touch base with the parents once they’re home.

The schedule will usually be Monday-Friday, starting around 9am, and finishing around 5:30/6pm. We hope to see longevity and loyalty in your last roles, that is very important to our client!

The family is offering $90,000 – $120,000 salary PLUS health insurance, 401k and paid time off!

Amazing hands-on Dad with three little boys; ages 4, 5 & 6 — seeks a fantastic Nanny who can work every other weekend when he has custody. He has a safe Nanny car for use on-the-job. Nanny picks up the boys Friday at 4:00pm in Malibu and stays until after dinner (and possibly later if Dad goes out). Saturday is typically 7am to 7pm (and again, possibly later with advance notice if Dad goes out) and Sunday is typically 7am until the boys are dropped off in Agoura Hills with Mom at 5pm. Duties are general childcare + grocery shopping, cooking simple kid food, keeping the up with the children’s laundry/bedrooms/playroom, bathing the boys etc… Dad is super easy-going — there’s lots of going out to eat (all together), activities etc … — He just needs a second set of hands to look after his three darling sons. This is a GREAT job for a Nanny who would love the steady extra income a weekend job provides without having to give up every single weekend. It should be minimally 26 hours every other weekend — paid hourly. IF Nanny can work additionally over school breaks (i.e. one week over spring break, a week over summer + a week at the holidays) it would be an added bonus — but if not, Dad understands.
