Mom and Dad are both busy Doctors who love their three high achieving busy children at a top LA Private School. This family was referred to us by their best friends who are also the nicest people – this will be a happy home to work in!

The family will be mostly based between Studio City, and their second residence in Pasadena. You will mostly work out of the Studio City home, but also have projects in Pasadena, so we would love someone who lives in the middle for an easy commute.

Your day will be busy and vary! You will work along side their beloved Nanny of 10 years, Housekeeper and coordinate schedules with their Executive Assistant in their office. The right person for this job loves taking care of families, is extremely organized, well educated, and loves to think ahead and make systems. You are Mom and Dad’s Personal Assistant, but will also manage things for the children and work as a team with the rest of the staff.

Please be familiar with smart home technology, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, booking high end travel, (plus if you love booking ski trips!,) and understand how to manage many priorities at once while keeping calm. This family will ask for you to have your Covid vaccines.

This family works hard and has a love for travel and spending time with dear family and friends. You are going to be the person to take care of what they just don’t have time for, so they can prioritize spending time with loved ones. From calendar, to travel, to organizing, shopping, errands, returns, project management, construction projects and more. You’ll spend your day managing your to do list, and wrap each day with a touch base with the parents once they’re home.

The schedule will usually be Monday-Friday, starting around 9am, and finishing around 5:30/6pm. We hope to see longevity and loyalty in your last roles, that is very important to our client!

The family is offering $90,000 – $120,000 salary PLUS health insurance, 401k and paid time off!

Melawach, cholent, baba ghanoush, homemade hummus and all the regular salads. There are 5 kids in this home so the chef needs to be flexible and be able to fix a little something here and there for hungry kids that come into the kitchen. Mom would also LOVE it if you ENJOYED cooking with the kids or with the kids AROUND. The right chef would be well versed in nutrition and healthy California cuisine. It would be wonderful if you picked herbs from the garden and always make farm to table style food.

This is not a formal home. It’s a family home and they want the chef to fold right in. They are observant Jews and the family enjoys a proper shabbat dinner every Friday night. There is a lot of Hebrew in the house and prayers on shabbat and JOY all around. We are searching for the loveliest weekend nanny that loves kids and wants to help super loving and involved parents with their two girls ages 5 and 3 and a newborn! Mom and dad just need an extra set of hands on the weekends! They love spending time with their kids and could use some support. This isn’t the weekend job where you’ll be left for the day with all three kids – it’s more of a support role and times alone with one or two of the kids.

It is REALLY important that the weekend nanny has experience with, and loves being with newborns (in addition to older kids). The perfect weekend nanny will be flexible, easy going, patient and loving. They should be fun and love to play with the older kids while also be great with babies. Would be great if they could drive and be able to travel. But mostly, the weekend nanny must have at least 3-5 years of experience as a nanny and long term stays with each family in their past employment. Mom and dad are looking for a sweet and caring nanny. There is no yelling at this house, calm will go a long way. Some light meal prep and tidying up after the kids and there’s a sweet little dog who lives here too.
CPR, vaccinated and boosted, whooping cough too.

This family has a unique situation where their 1 year old has a very rare, terminal syndrome, and requires full time care nursing so this potential weekend nanny does NOT and would not be required to work with her.

There is some flexibility with this position:
Hours could be 9am- 6pm, 10am-6pm or 11am-6pm with flexibility for more hours if they want you to spend the night. There is some flexibility if you love to go to church on Sunday too.

This family would LOVE to have this position be LONG term – like years in the future.
$35hr
